The house appears well furnished, fresh, clean, and modern. There were plenty of places to relax and chill. The game room was a huge hit with the kids! The views are spectacular, and the neighborhood is very quiet and inviting. Overall, would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were awesome, responsive, and quick to answer any questions! Great place to stay!

Flagstaff Getaway

Nice home and location. Ryan's check-in process was easy and complete. We had one minor issue in the primary bathroom but Ryan quickly dispatched a plumber who fixed it. Overall, very enjoyable.

Truly a great property

Everything was as advertised. Check in was super easy. The house was spotless and super nice. The kitchen was well stocked and great to cook a Thanksgiving meal for our family of 7. The kids loved the game room and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. We really enjoyed Flagstaff and will definitely be renting here again.

Amazing stay at the perfect home!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautifully appointed home. It came with everything we could possibly need including a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, tons of fun things for kids to do including arcade games and a hot tub and a really comfy vibe in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Time

My family had an amazing stay! The kitchen was well stocked and the host provided wine and snacks too! Our younger family members loved the spa, game room, and swing set. The home is stylish yet cozy.

10+++ That’s how ALL 9 of us ladies who went to college together at NAU rated this amazing home. We all felt so fortunate to find this gem. Every room was beautifully decorated, the stocked kitchen made cooking our dinners easy and fun, comfortable patio furniture plus hot tub, games of all kinds even kareoke!. A great place to bring our families and grandkids yet this weekend was for the girls!! Ryan was there for us if we had questions. Best Girls Weekend Ever!!!

Fun & Family Friendly

Fun and family-friendly house packed with activities to keep kids and adults busy! Ours had a blast playing air hockey and arcade games. The bunk bed room was also a huge hit. Plenty of space to spread out and had it been a warmer weekend, we would’ve definitely made use of the backyard swing set and patio. But the hot tub was great on a cold night!

Nice property in a good location

Overall this property met expectations with a few minor hiccups. Flagstaff was unusually hot when we stayed so definitely needed the AC which was partly why I picked this property, however the upstairs struggled to cool off so made sleeping difficult. The bathrooms were beautiful and well stocked but the water pressure was weak and not all the showers had hot water even after running the water for 15 minutes. There was a large gap under the front door which being from the Valley made us a little weary of unwanted pests. Overall this was a nice property in a great location with easy access to everything.

Top 10 reasons to stay at this place.

This place has so much going for it, the family tabulated a Top 10 list for reasons to stay. 10. Cleanliness: This place was immaculate as soon as we stepped in. No sloppy cleaning, including the bathroom. 9. Comfortable furniture: Too many homes we've stayed at VRBO have very uncomfortable furniture. They may look nice in pictures, but you don't want to sit, or sleep, longer than 5 minutes. But everything was excellent, looking great, and very comfortable, no matter the age of the person. 8. Some bathrooms reflect their age, and go cheap with old scratchy towels. These bathrooms were nicely updated, and had luxurious towels that everyone loved. 7. The playhouse outside was kept busy almost every minute of the day, with ages from 2 to 13. 6. The quiet neighborhood help let everyone sleep well during the night. 5. The proximity to all points of interest in Flagstaff made travel time minimal. 4. The arcade was a hit for all ages...they loved the ski ball and the interactive games. 3. The rooms were nicely arranged allowing a variety of different spaces communal gatherings. 2. This was without a doubt the finest kitchen we've seen and worked in. Plenty of high quality cookware, pans, utensils, plates, cups and dishes. Couldn't ask for more. 1. A great host who was always responsive to our needs. What's not too like? This is without a doubt, the best house we have ever stayed at. I should also add that the neighbors were very nice and congenial. A+
