Welcome to Casa Paradiso! This is a beautiful home that really gives you that "Arizona feeling" while being right in the heart of South Scottsdale. 5 minutes to Oldtown, major freeways, Spring Training, etc. - The city is right at your fingertips. This home is a 3Bed/3Bath and has 3 patios, 1 with patio furniture, 1 with 2 bikes for your stay, and another with a hammock to relax. There is also a shared pool within the quiet community.
The Space:
Central location makes this home perfect for a Spring Training trip or vacation to Scottsdale where all the fun is happening! This home is minutes away from Oldtown, Spring Training, and plenty of things to do!
Getting Around: South Scottsdale neighborhood with easy freeway access, a 5-minute drive to the grocery store, 5-10 minute drive to Fashion Square, 5-10 minute drive to Oldtown Scottsdale and Sky Harbor Intl Airport, a 15-minute drive to downtown Phoenix, and a 15 minute drive to Talking Stick. Street parking is available. There is also a covered driveway for 2 vehicles.
Significant focus is put toward every detail to ensure an enjoyable stay. Here are a few highlights.
Access: Home is equipped with a smart lock. Code details will be generated specifically for your stay to maximize safety and security. Details provided upon booking.
TV: There are 4 TV's - one in the living room, and 1 in each bedroom. While no cable service is provided, the home comes with smart TV's to easily access your favorite streaming services via high-speed WiFi.
Pool: There is a shared pool within the community. SUPER quiet and relaxing pool for you/your family to enjoy during your stay.
Towels: Plenty of towels will be provided for your stay. These include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, dish rags, and pool towels. Lack of towels will not be an issue.
Kitchen Items: Oven, Stovetop, Full-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, keurig, and a wine fridge. Well-equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. You will have everything needed during your stay.
