You cannot beat the location. Our family of 4 2 kids 2 adults had a great time and all the space we needed in this exceptionally well-maintained property. I loved the creek outside - my son caught a crayfish and a few minnows - the W/D in unit and it was so easy to use Instacart to get groceries delivered right to door. Host was always responsive. Trolley to downtown is steps outside! Would book again.

Great place to stay

Place was easy to get to with plenty of parking. Only 15-20 walk to get to downtown. Or 2 min walk to a tram station. Place was clean and had everything we needed for the week stay. Balcony had plenty of seats to enjoy the steam below. Would recommend staying.

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The host was great and was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations for activities. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the creek run., the location is quiet and relaxing. I will definitely rent from this host again and return to the condo. I highly recommend renting this condo.

Birthday trip

Celebrating my husband's birthday in the mountains was such a treat for both of us! Staying in this condo is always a treat! The host's are wonderful people and maintain their property to the max. One of our favorite things to do is sitting on the balcony with our coffee, listening to the roaring creek, taking in the beauty of the mountains. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Great location!

The condo is very close to downtown Gatlinburg and it's great to have on-site covered parking. The balcony is a true haven of peace and quiet - the perfect place to sip coffee or wine and read a book!

Nice condo, relaxing creekside balcony, conveniently located.

This a great 2 bedroom condo with a nice big balcony overlooking a creek for relaxing on in the evenings or for early morning cups of coffee. The beds were nice and comfortable and the condo was well appointed. Theconfwasonveniently located

Nice location, short walk to Gatlinburg strip

The condo was as advertised. It was very nice having the river right outside. We enjoyed being near but not in the crowded downtown Gatlinburg area. We had to communicate with the owner on one occasion and they were very responsive. Would recommend and stay again if in the area.

This was the cleanest condo ive ever stayed in! Very nice, modern, tastefully decorated, excellent communication, comfy beds, everything you need is here. Just ad food. I would recommend to everyone! Owners were amazing!

Lovely place to stay

I only had a few things that were not 100% to do with the front bedroom..the light coming into the bedroom from the walkway at night...the A/C was a bit loud but we stopped using it at night and it was fine with just the ceiling fan..and the showerhead was very low..and we are not tall..we felt very at home..and would be more than happy to rent again..we spent a lot of time just sitting outside..we did get lost once but got to see a mummy bear and 4 clubs just up the road..all in all it was a nice roomy place very quiet never heard a neigbour..the parking space was a plus with room for our large SUV..

Beautiful weekend!

Long weekend to celebrate Easter. We have stayed in this condo several times and it is perfect for us. Martha, the owner, decorates with black bears. We love bears! We love sitting on the balcony listening to the river below. The condo has everything we need. Martha is always so helpful. We are looking forward to our next trip in July!

Peaceful stay

This property was just what our family needed. It was quiet during the evening hours, yet not a far drive from many attractions. My husband absolutely loved listening to the waterfall of the stream right outside the master suite window, and watching for birds on the patio. It was very relaxing! Our kids loved sitting on the patio, and also enjoyed swimming in the pool. They liked that there was a king-sized bed and a television in their room, too. The kitchen included a variety of pots and pans, which was helpful when we were cooking. The dining and patio tables were perfect for our family of four to enjoy meals together around a table. This was our first time to Gatlinburg, but it proved to be an amazing vacation. We were all unhappy when it was time to head home.

Wonderful place to stay in the Gatlinburg area! We opened the door to a beautifully appointed, clean, classy condominium...even better than the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need for a quick getaway. Both king beds were very comfortable, made with quality linens and various sized pillows to accomodation any sleeper's preference. The unit was VERY CLEAN, with every attention to detail. Best of all, were the sounds of the rushing river just below us!
