This condo is truly amazing with views of the beach, the beautiful court yard with a large swimming pool. Also, the pool is heated during winter. I enjoy communicating with my guest and reading their reviews. Fortunately, I have had such kind guests from all over the world. Very clean and quiet area located on the beach, surrounded by a tropical paradise.

This is a beautiful condo in the best location on the beach in New Smyrna Beach. It is at the end of drive and no drive on the beach. There is also a access ramp and public park next door which is great for children.
Also, within walking distance to reasturants, such as Chase's On The Beach, So Nappa and Izzy's Taco and Ice Cream across the street.
