Är de datum du letar efter fullständig eller behöver utrymme för mer än 8 vuxna .... Oroa dig inte..... Jag har en ny 4-bdr semester hyra 2-dörrar ner .. 14 sovplatser - 500sq ft större. Kolla in det på VRBO # 288.684

Välkommen till paradiset! Du hyr en stor strand hus i Pleasure Point i Santa Cruz, Kalifornien, den berömda surfa och hänga ut stranden. Huset är en 5 minuters promenad till stranden och sitter 200 yards från havet / klippa synlig från vår upphöjda däck på bakgården. Jag bor granne och köpte det här huset så att besökare med barn (eller bara barnen på hjärtat) skulle ha en rolig avkopplande tid. Faciliteterna inkluderar stor bakgård (till stranden) med ett spelrum (innehåller 42 "TV, Ms PAC-MAN / Galaga Arcade spel och en fotbollsplan). På baksidan uteplats, vi har en uteservering set, stor rostfri BBQ, pingisbord, däck med havsutsikt, och naturligtvis ... en stor badtunna! I garaget, fortsätter det roliga med surfingbrädor (nybörjare och erfarna ryttare), boogie brädor, våtdräkter, solstolar, parasoll, barn strand leksaker, röd vagn, strand kryssare etc. Allt för din underhållning och underhållande.

Huset har 5 sovrum. (Vi har en åtta vuxna max)
1) "master" sovrum med en dubbelsäng och eget badrum.
2) "gäst" sovrum med en Queen Bed
3) "barnens sovrum med en Twin över hela våningssäng
4) "breezeway" sovrum med en utdragbar / pop-up rulla dagbädd (två tvillingar eller sätta ihop för en kung)
5) "kontor" sovrum med en tvilling dagbädd, glider också ut till en drottning och ett skrivbord för bredband / trådlös internet

Huset har full 2 badrum
1) "master" badrum har en dusch, toalett och takfönster
2) "korridoren" badrum med dusch / badkar och toalett

Köket är laddad med rostfria vitvaror och välfylld med köksredskap.

Huset ligger på en privat väg. Ingen parkering passerar krävs. Dessutom är huset på en cul-de-sac som leder till låg trafik för ett strandhus. Säker för att spela på gatan.

Huset är 1500 kvm och ett platt tak (vilket innebär lägre än normala tak i ryggen 2 sovrum) 7ft gäster rekommenderas inte.

Our family had a great vacation here! Good communication with host .Very close to everything dog/kid park, beach, fun food options, & shopping. Quiet neighborhood.So much fun with old school video arcade game, ping pong, lots of board games, puzzles, reading material.Big bubbling clean hot tub, and fire pit. Plenty of comfortable beds for the whole family, all the amenities for cooking in the kitchen, bikes, beach chairs, boards, & towels.

Great location

This residence is in a great location. Walking distance from the ocean. An easy bike ride to Capitola. Great back yard. Though we only had a family of four the house has the capacity to easy hold a lot more. The only advice I have for the owner is there are some easy fixes to make the house appearance better. (Fix small holes in doors, and the toilet paper holder in both bathrooms.). But overall a great experience.

Incredible home for big group!

My family and some friends were traveling from up north to Santa Cruz for the weekend as we were going to run a 5K for Mother’s Day. When we got to the house, not only did it meet the expectations but actually it exceeded them as the home is very spacious and had plenty of additional bedding and cushions for our large families. we were only blocks away from the beach and to our surprise there was surfboards and wetsuits and bikes and sand toys and everything you could possibly need in the garage and we utilize that to the fullest and went surfing and had the time of our life. The property was clean and had wonderful accommodations for towels and games, etc. We can’t wait to go back and we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for the awesome two night stay!

Family Getaway Success

The house was great for what we wanted. We wanted a beach friendly house that would accommodate a getaway for ourselves, our grown kids and grandchildren with family friendly amenities. The house did not dissappoint. Plenty of room, lots of games, a great backyard - walking distance to Pleasure Point and a playground around the corner that our grandkids loved. Quiet neighborhood. Overall the house was exactly as described and we had no issues during our stay.

Check in was simple. House was clean. Space was adequate. Hot tub was relaxing. Manager was responsive. Location was great. Would stay here again. Would be nice to have an electric griddle in the kitchen. Otherwise we had everything we needed for a wonderful time in SC.

Santa Cruz Spring Break

Our family met together from SoCal and Reno foe Spring break. We had a wonderful stay together at the Santa Cruz house. Great location, with walking dostance to beach, surf watching, shops and stores. Great communicatiom with host. We would gladly stay again.

Great long weekend mini vacation

My family of 7 and 2 dogs had the opportunity to stay at this perfect home. The listing says it all, from the spacious well appointed home with a large fenced yard for the dogs,and above all location location location. Quick walk to the beach,park right around the corner,all kinds of shopping as close as a mile away everything we needed.Oh yes cant forget about the hottub too.I did give a slightly lower grade for communication as I never received the usual welcome letter explaining the property,address,how to use things,owners info in case needed, thay type of info which was a bit concerning. However once we got there there was a very complete book left on the table with much of the info we needed.All in all it was a great stay and we would definitely go back again.

Great location, terrific venue with all the necessities to enjoy a vacation for all ages. A+

Very clean and well maintained property, even while occupying the location. A strong wind occurred overnight and we left the spa cover off. The next morning we discovered a lot of debris fell into it and was not in any condition to be used. However, we left to grab lunch, and when we checked the spa again, it was all clear and cleaned up! Was very happy to once again use the spa. A++

Excellent property, met all our needs

Great house in nice neighborhood, very central to most things. We were able to walk to dinner locations. Very clean, comfortable EVERYTHING works. Nice hot tub, neat back yard with fire pit. Process was super easy. Definitely good value for money. Strongly recommend

Great House, location, ammenities

Lots of room to relax or hang out in groups. Great location, near beach, dog park and great local shops, all within walking distance. Bedrooms have backyard access which helped early risers and late night relaxing by the fire. Heated outdoor shower was great when returning from the beach. Landlord very responsive. Would stay again.

Great experience

We had a great time. The location is amazing. We rode the Beach Cruisers to the beach everyday. The surfing was good and it was so close to the house. We will be staying again in the near future.

Great Family Getaway

The house and grounds were perfect for a family getaway. The game room was used, as well as the outdoor spa. Even though the weekend was a bit rainy in January, the block and a half walk to the beach and bluff was amazing. We also walked down the hill to Capitola by the Sea. The home was easy to use for our multi-generational weekend!

Nice place, not as clean but enjoyed our stay

Nice area, spacious, very well stocked with lots of items. Not as clean as I hoped. Probably because of pets. But overall enjoy the place. No doggie door cover in the bedroom by the laundry room very cold and drafty. Main Heater was not lit up when we got there, needed to work on getting the spark going a few times. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit.

BEST IN ALL OF SANTA CRUZ AREA

Pictures do not do this house justice. I have stayed in many vrbo/airb&b's and this was hands down my FAVORITE! Not only close to the beach but to shopping and restaurants also. This house has EVERYTHING & feels like home! Truly a hidden secret. Me, my kids & grandkids had plenty of space. The rooms are big & spacious. We had 4 adults, 2 kids & 1 toddler & 1 infant (who stayed at the house) plus my sister who lives in Santa Cruz plus her kids & grandkids visited & that was 5 more adults and 2 more toddlers and we had room to cook & eat & hang out. The backyard is huge and the game room & spa was awesome also. I can not say enough AMAZING things about this house and look forward to staying here again. One one last thing is communication with the host was wonderful! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as i did and I'm looking forward to more memories in this house. 💗

Family vacation

I stayed with my family of 6 adults and grandchildren ages 2, 4 & 6. We all loved it and would definitely stay again. The online description was completely accurate. Plenty to do at the house and lots to do and see nearby.
