This cozy baysidecondo off 142nd street is on the cusp of North Ocean City and Fenwick Island in the quiet, family-friendly neighborhood of Caine Woods. You’ll be a 2 min drive/13 min walk to the beach with ample parking and a short drive to Fenwick and Bethany. Enjoy the bay across the street, a great playground a couple blocks up, and Harpoon Hanna's one block over. This home is an upper level unit of a duplex andsleeps up to 6 guests.

Week getaway

Very fun spot. You can walk nearly anywhere and have Harpoon Hannah’s right down the road. Was nice to have friends stay below us as well!

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. Having a parking space was great, and there were tons of boogie boards and sand toys to use. The only thing I would change is having the beds made in advance. No one wants to travel all day and then have to make up all of the beds.

So quiet and relaxing

Property was exactly as pictured. Bath was clean!! The neighborhood was quiet in September. We walked to harpoon Hannahs, so close. Def recommend to others. Not on water but we didn't care. No complaints

Great Pet Friendly Condo

The condo was clean and perfect size for 4 people and a pup. The neighborhood is great for bike rides and dog walks with a park right up the street. The neighbors renting were all friendly and had dogs so they could play together in back yard. Has everything you need for a week at the beach!

Great place for a quiet getaway!

We loved the location. Wanted a place close to Fenwick where we could ride our bikes without dealing with traffic. We rode to the beach, which was a very easy ride less than 5 minutes with a public bike rack a few streets north. Property was clean with everything we needed in the kitchen. Modern decor. One slight negative was the queen bunk bed. It felt like sleeping in an MRI chamber and the ladders to get to the top bunk were made for kids with the fan over the beds, so not an option. Owner kicked us out earlier so she could rent to a group of 4, so we had to leave a day earlier. She offered us a one-bedroom but it was off 28th street, so it didn't work for us riding our bikes to 141st. Street. Best part was that the property is dog friendly. We were upstairs and did not hear any noise from the family below us with a dog, two boys and a baby. Other bedroom was quite comfortable and there was the option of sleeping on the sofa in the common area which did not work for us since we have very different sleep schedules. Owner did refund us for the night we lost there, but it did put a damper on our vacation having to leave a day early.

Family Vacation

We loved the cute condo!! Our dog had to come with us this year, due to the kennel being full, and the owners were very accommodating and kind! Only suggestions would be to add a dishwasher at some point and some hangers in the closets would be helpful. Everything was clean and updated - we really enjoyed our stay and would rent there again in the future!
