Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute house, very comfortable bed. Great shower! There needs to be a pathway from gate to house. Rain made it wet and muddy. Also, there needs to be clear directions on how to operate tv.

Disappointed in cottage

It was very unwelcoming the minute we stepped on the front porch. Porch dirty, welcome mat under a rocking chair that had not been cleaned off in a very long time. The highlight of the rental was the bed. It was very comfortable. Once that has been said everything has been said. We could have stayed in a VERY nice hotel for the price we paid. Very disappointed.

A little disappointed...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute little place, but had some issues. You have to walk through the dirt/mud when you arrive due to no pathway from the gate. Other issues included broken ceiling fan, little to no hot-water, clogged shower drain, and broken front screen door. Curtains were very dusty/cobwebs and dead bugs/mouse droppings in lower cabinets and under furniture. Just not well maintained. Company was responsive, so I will use them again...just not this property.
