Bask i solen på stranden eller bredvid din privata pool (16'x32 'och ett saltvattenbehandlingssystem)! Mot en extra avgift kan du få poolen uppvärmd. Koppla av i bubbelpoolen under stjärnorna. Njut av ett spel med volleyboll, hästskor eller utmanar dina vänner till ett spel med pool i rec room. Huset är handikappvänligt med hiss och rulla i duschen. Bara 10 meter till stranden.

Det finns 12 kabel-TV och en dator med highspeed trådlöst internet för att hålla dig ansluten till företag eller aktuella händelser. Du kanske föredrar att sparka tillbaka, glömma den verkliga världen och njut av din Ocean Dream för veckan !!!

Gästrecension: "Beach Realty var på pengarna. De gjorde hela uthyrningsprocessen smidig och lätt. Ocean Dream var en "dröm". Utsikten från tredje våningen var otroligt. Möblerna är alla uppdaterade och hålls rena. Sängarna överst på linjen inte en dålig natt sömn. Denna plats är värt vartenda öre. '

"Bara några steg från den underbara stranden. Huset var rymligt och välutrustat. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare var stora (och stora som hjälpte). Vi hade 18 personer (halv barn, halvvuxna - mixa från 2 månader till morföräldrar) och huset kände aldrig trångt. Gott om sittplatser utanför också. Allt var rent och snyggt och vi älskade poolen och närheten till stranden. Köket var välutrustat, och de två diskmaskinerna kom till nytta. Det skulle ha varit trevligt att ha haft en extra skräpskorg eller två, inte säker på om det är ett alternativ, men de var fulla från den tidigare hyresgästen när vi kom fram (fastighetsmäklare ordnade att ha lite av det hämtat så vi skulle ha mer rymden). Det var verkligen en underbar semester i ett utmärkt läge. Huset ligger mycket nära livsmedelsbutiker och en lätt åktur till Duck för affärer och restauranger. Poolen var underbar (som hade två utomhus duschar att skölja av när kommer tillbaka från stranden). A / C hade tre separata zoner som hjälpte till med olika åsikter på en bekväm temperatur! "

Great family vacation house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space for 19 family members and 2 dogs. Well appointed, clean, beautifully decorated. Hot tub and pool were clean. Private beach access. We will be back next year! A few notes.. have toilet paper with you when you arrive because the bathrooms have none. Also, the volleyball court is unusable because of all the sand spurs. Plenty of parking in the driveway. Best price for the beachfront location.

Beautiful views of the ocean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views of the ocean from the living room, dining room and outside decks are fantastic. We loved watching the waves, dolphins, storms, etc. The bedroom masters were ideal for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans griddle crockpot etc The pool was a nice option for the children and the hot tub for the adults. Some details could be improved such as cleaner shower curtains especially in rooms with tubs.. The front area with the tennis court wasn’t usable due to high grass, etc. There were concerns about the cleanliness of towels and bed sheets that was resolved quickly and efficiently. We are returning next year.

Ocean Dream Review

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 14 enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Dream house in Corolla. We loved the fact that the house was ocean front. There was a lovely view of the ocean from the huge picture window in the living room. The house was well appointed with beach chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately, beach towels were not provided. There were multiple decks that allowed for private time or relaxing out of the sun. The kitchen was well appointed. There were only 2 kitchen towels so we used a lot of paper towels. The huge dining room table was great for our large family. We used the smaller table for puzzles. There’s a walking path on the main road. A shopping mall with Duck Donuts and smoothie shop was only about a mile away. The beach was beautiful and not over crowded. On the negative side, the house wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. There was a mattress pad on the floor when we walked in, stains on some of the comforters, and dust on the furniture. Each room only had two towels, hand towels, and face cloths. Some of the bathrooms didn’t have a bath mat. The half bath did not have any towels. The kitchen faucet was awful. It sputtered water causing us to get soaked every time we did the dishes. The stove top was mediocre. It took forever to boil water and some of the burners worked better than others. The shower drain in the lower level bathroom was backed up causing it to be unusable. The pool was a good size and got sun most of the day but it was very sandy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, we had a good stay. The biggest pros were the size of the house, proximity to the beach, pool, and the location in Corolla. On the negative side, the house wasn’t as nice as we expected given what we paid. Loved the area and would definitely come back just don’t think we’d rent this house again. The location was great. There were many stores, restaurant

My daughter has a power wheelchair and the house was perfect for her to get around. Mostly open floor plan. We had family meet us here and everyone was very comfortable. The views were priceless! Thank you!

Ocean Dream

The house was very comfortable. There was an issue with a leaky toilet and a maintenance person came right away. The location is great and the kitchen is very well appointed. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would come back to this house. The location between Corollla and Duck was ideal and not far from Harris Teeter. The house was also not right next to other houses and the walkway to the beach was new and fine. The hot tub was great.

Just Okay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Here are some pros about this property. Oceanfront location was great. Stairs down to the beach were fine until the last step, which you basically had to jump off of. Good thing there was a public walkway right nextdoor. Kitchen was very well equipped and even had a KitchenAid mixer.Now the cons. I was first to arrive at he house and had to run out and get some Windex to clean the windows(at least the ones I could reach) as they were FILTHY and hard to see the view. The washing machine worked to some degree but did not spin the clothes enough and had to put them in the dryer at least twice. The plastic shower curtain in my room was very moldy. Wasn't too keen on the walkway to the beach having no access to the ground pool area. Bascially you had to go through the house with sandy feet to get downstairs. The junk left by multiple previous tenants(broken chairs and umbrellas) could have been cleaned up. This could be a very nice rental if the property managers showed they cared more. I know I will not rent this property again and not sure if I would rent through beach realty.

The way it’s positioned- we were literally able to see the kids in the ocean from the living room window! Only downside if I were to find one, was there is no stairs to the pool when you are coming back from the ocean. Otherwise - really enjoyable place!

Ocean Front Awesomeness

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 20 really enjoyed our stay and already rebooked the same home for next summer. Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Can’t beat being right on the beach with our own private access. The kitchen and common areas were spacious. Kitchen was well-stocked. Gate at the top of the stairs was good for safety for kids and containing the dog. Cons: No direct pool-to-beach access (had to go inside, upstairs, then out again and vice versa). This made for a sandy house since there was no hose/wash area on the 2nd level where the beach access is located. Beds somewhat uncomfortable. Volleyball area is unusable because of weeds. No early check-in. Rental company was very responsive and quick to act on issues that came up (missing towels, AC needed repair, etc).

Great location and perfect for large families

Beach Reality makes things easy and responsive to requests.House does need a really good deep clean though and not satisfied with how we received it. Dog hair on beds, floors/bathrooms not very clean, found trash on dresser (including a retainer) and outside, and blood on sheets of one of the beds (not sure they had been changed). Also, mattresses could be updated. Also, would suggest at some point adding another refrigerator to upstairs- needed for a home this size.

Beware of this Property!

I would like to add attachments of pictures and videos I took upon arrival. The place was not clean to say the least. They sent a crew of six to the property after I complained that did make some improvements. I had to spend half the next day cleaning, many of the windows were so filthy you could not see through them. The grounds were trashy and not kept. The AC did not work on the lower levels, when we reported the issue a technician was dispatched. He confirmed that the unit was blowing at 77 degrees with the setting of 72 and needed an HVAC specialist. That was the last we heard from anyone regarding the AC. Very, Very disappointing

Perfect Vacation Destination with the Family

We love the location.The place need a some cleaning like... the 2 shower curtains has molds, ceiling funs were dusty, there were sand on the pool, the bunk bed mattress need to be replaced, windows need some ckeaning. Other than that it is worth the price and stay. We all had a WONDERFUL TIME. Will rent it again.

Beautiful Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and layout of Ocean Dream was awesome. But there are some thing that need to be attended to. Cleaning before our arrival was not up to par at all. I have been going down to the OBX for the last 26 years and it seems after COVID hit, the cleaning of the properties between rentals has gone down tremendously. I don't believe this is an owners issue but more of the rental company to have certain standards for when the staff they hire go and cleans these homes. Not enough people but the rates keep going up. I was surprised of the wonderful gift the owners gave during our stay. We received a homemade cheesecake with cut up peaches on top. Outstanding and very thoughtful of the owners. I would probably get some of the sliding doors fixed. Then do need some TLC and the carpet at the stairs needs to be swept weekly by the cleaning crews. They are not doing it for sure.

Reviewer Comments: Beach access gate completely blocked by sand and led to a 15ft drop off even if accessible, pool not vacuumed, blurry unwashed windows, filter in AC unit disgusting and filter dated 2015 (new filters right next to disgusting one, just not installed), dishwasher rack broken, none of the mention beach equipment or play equipment available, several drains clogged, 0 response from company when called on these items. A good deal for the price if a slum lorded property is tolerable for you. The beautiful house next door was twice the price but likely much cleaner and not in disrepair.

Tired home in great location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Ocean Sands A four times and this home was tired compared to the others. You can’t beat the location. The view from the top floor is stellar. Spring storms washed out the bottom section of steps to the beach which haven’t been replaced, where obviously the neighbors have made this effort. Several screens to slider doors were torn. The freezer door did not open and close properly. The microwave stopped working mid-week. The queen master on the first floor did not have a useable closet because it was an equipment closet. That room also didn’t have Wi-Fi reception and the air conditioner outside vibrated in the bed when it was running. The housekeeping was ok. The home seemed clean enough upon arrival but the towel packages were missing washcloths and bath mats and a couple bathrooms had no shower curtain liner. Although rectified, these are details a renter on vacation should not have to deal with.

Our ocean dream

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The road to our property had no road sign so was difficult to find at night.The house was wonderful but our beach access to the beach was covered in sand and could not be used during our stay. There was also a lot of sand in the pool area as well as up close to house thus making it difficult to keep sand out of house. Ice maker was not working in kitchen but maintenance came next day. We really enjoyed the house itself. We made it a wonderful weekWith family. Thank you.
