Luxurious Oceanfront Home
Brand new, oceanfront home professionally designed with luxurious finishes and incredible ocean views. Relax in the hot tub on the sprawling back deck overlooking the water after a game of bocce ball. Stroll down the private sidewalk, just steps to the beautiful, white-sand beach. Cook a gourmet meal in the state-of-the-art kitchen, or cook-out on the deck using the Kalamazoo gas grill. Sit around the fire pit under the stars and roast marsh mellows while listening to the ocean waves.
The space
This property is on the second floor of our newly remodeled beach house. When we are in town, this is where we live so it has nicer finishes than a normal rental property.
Guest access
When we are out of town, we lock our master bedroom, but open up the rest of the space for people to enjoy! Guests will have full and private access to the guest bedroom, full bath, kitchen, living room, back deck, and fenced-in side yard.
The bottom floor of the house is a basement apartment we also rent, with a separate entrance on the opposite side of the house. The space upstairs includes a large gated yard on the side of the house, with key-code-locked gates for additional privacy and security. The back yard (including bocce court, fire pit, hammock, picnic table and sidewalk) is a shared space with the downstairs guests.
Other things to note
This property is ideal for solo trips or a romantic couple's getaway. We ask that guests be conscientious of playing loud music, blasting TV and stomping around in shoes late at night because it can be disruptive to our downstairs guests. If you are looking for a rowdy, stay-up-late-and-party vacation, this is not the ideal spot for you. However, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing beach getaway in a beautiful space, you will love this property!

The neighborhood is very friendly, and the beach here is beautiful! It is a short 15 minutes drive to downtown.

Sprawling back deck with hot tub, sofa, dining table and hot tub overlooking the ocean waves. You can walk barefoot down to the sand. The design and finishes in this house are also much higher-end than a typical rental.
