Du kommer inte att vilja lämna denna vackert dekorerade 2 sovrum 2 badrum lägenhet direkt på viken i Thunder Island condominium komplex i A-byggnaden. Ny matta i båda sovrummen och nytt golv i vardagsrummet / matsalen i början av våren 2016! Modernt designkök med rostfria vitvaror och bänkskiva i granit !! Njut av morgonkaffe och otroliga solnedgångar inifrån enheten som tittar ut mot två enorma skjutreglage eller från den rymliga privata möblerade balkongen. Granne med Convention Center, där det finns aktiviteter året runt. Vårt hem på stranden underhålls noggrant och erbjuder alla bekvämligheter du kan tänka på och mycket mer !. Enheten sover sju bekvämt, men rymmer inte mer än 5 vuxna. Det stora sovrummet har queen size-säng, det andra sovrummet har en fullständig och en tvilling och familjerummet har en queen size-bäddsoffa. Ny uppgraderad bäddsoffa madrass våren 2016. Gästerna måste ta med sina egna sängkläder och badhanddukar Master sovrum nymålade våren 2016 och platt-tv i vardagsrum och sovrum. Båda badrummen renoverade. Det finns tre tv-apparater, en stereo och en Bluetooth-DVD-spelare. Wi-Fi-tjänster från april till oktober. Enheten har programmerbar central luft och värme samt en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. VI Hyr inte ut till gymnasieskolor eller grupper av unga vuxna. DETTA ÄR EN FAMILJ ENDAST Uthyrning.

Thunder Island-lägenhetskomplexet erbjuder en utomhuspool vid bukten med utsikt över bryggor och båt- / jet-skidbackar (nominell avgift för glidbilar). Du kan titta på barnen krabba och fiska precis utanför bryggorna framför enheten. Rengör din fångst vid den upplysta fiskstädstationen. Det finns gott om parkering, inklusive utrymme för båtvagnar (extra avgift ingår). Anläggningen har säkerhet 24 timmar om dygnet under säsongen.

Detta är ett idealiskt läge i mitten av staden, nära allt inom havet, men ändå tillräckligt långt borta från Coastal Highway-buller. Det är en kort 2 kvarts promenad till stranden. Du kan säkert korsa Coastal Highway i gångvägen. Det är gångavstånd till många attraktioner i området, inklusive strandpromenaden, Jolly Rogers nöjespark, Castle in the Sand, Seacrets och andra restauranger och butiker. Det är bara en kort bilresa till det nya Ocean Downs Casino.

Weekend stay

Our stay at this condo was amazing! The condo is exactly as advertised. Pictures really don’t do justice. We were in town for a cheer competition that we come to every year and this condo made our experience so much better. It’s right beside the convention center so we didn’t have to fight the parking. It is within walking distance of a lot of things. We just loved it and would def stay here again.

This was the best choice I ever made for booking in OC. Hotels are a hit or a miss around there, and sometimes you really want a guarantee somewhere is clean and close by. The hosts were diligent in communication too!

Great condo / location for Oceans Calling Festival

Property was well kept and clean and suited our needs for the Oceans Calling Festival. Property is right next to the Ocean City Convention Center which served as parking for the Oceans Calling Festival and there was a bus stop that picked up and dropped off concert goers by the parking lot so the location was great. Property owners were responsive and would rent again for a beach vacation as the location was walking distance to a lot of things.

Fantastic property

One of the best properties we’ve stayed at off VRBO. We were in town for the weekend for an event at the convention ctr and the location was perfect for that. The unit was SUPER clean and very well maintained. The view from the balcony was incredible w spectacular views of the sunset. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owners were an absolute pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Wonderful weekend trip!

This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend. We had a basketball tournament and the location was literally a two minute walk to the front door of the convention center. The bay was quiet and the sunsets were beautiful. The entire unit was spotless and the pictures do not do it justice. The owners were very responsive and extremely accommodating. I would absolutely book this condo again in a heartbeat!

Dance Competition Week

We stayed here because the location was perfect due to the dance competition being held at the convention center. It was so easy to walk back and forth all day. The unit was very well maintained and the owners were very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us!

Relaxing

We were original owners at the unit next door for 30 years and it was a very familiar, comfortable feeling. The unit was well-maintained and there were upgrades throughout. Always enjoy the option of bayside because of the pool and fishing/boating pier and docks. The grounds are immaculately maintained as well and the upgrade to the facade looks nautical. Highly recommend as it is also centrally located which makes it convenient as well as it sits next to the convention center on the bay away from Coastal Highway traffic.

A perfect spot

We rented this unit for one week for my family of four. My daughter was competing in a dance competition at the convention center which is right across the street and was very easy to walk to. Easy 2 block walk to the beach and spectacular sunsets from the balcony. Owners were available and promptly answered all my questions and have great dining recommendations. Only negative thing was the all beds are very firm. Regardless we will definitely book here again for her next competition.

This was our first time as a family staying in a condo as opposed to a hotel. The location of the property was perfect...away from the craziness of the boardwalk. It was truly a home away from home. Beautiful and clean. The view was amazing to wake up to every morning. Also, the master bed was so comfortable! We could not have been happier with our stay.

Lovely vacation spot! Great owner responsiveness.

My husband and I took my parents here for my dad's birthday. It was very relaxing (best sunset view ever). We had some craziness around the air condition unit when we first arrived and the property owner dealt with it immediately and was incredibly kind to us. We are long time visitors to OC Md (my parents are two- time owners of properties, one on the bayside and one on the ocean side with high standards) and we really did appreciate the professional communications / responsiveness of the owner, the cleanliness of the property and the opportunity to stay here.

Wonderful mini vacation

We were in ocmd for a cheer competition at the convention center. Staying at this condo was perfect for us! We could just walk across the parking lot for the performance! The condo itself was the perfect size for a family of 5. The balcony overlooking the bay was phenomenal. We got to view the sunset over the bay which was beautiful! The owners were amazing and their communication was great! All instructions to check in and check out are written perfectly to make it simple and quick. The owners even made sure my family made it safely to our location! I hope we get to visit this condo again!

We looked a long time before purchasing a unit in Thunder Island and decided on this unit in Thunder Island as it offers everything anyone would want to have a wonderful vacation in Ocean City, a pool, an incredible view of the bay, boat docks and is central to everything.
