The host was very informative and the access to the beach was wonderful. The apartment was generally clean, the bathrooms were a bit dated and the beds in the second room weren’t the most comfortable. The location definitely cancels out any negatives.

Great place

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Balcony onto beach was awesome and very convenient. Place was updated, comfortable and clean. Super easy check-in. Was able to reach contact easily for questions. Will book again.

Perfect location!

The property was perfectly located. It is literally minimal steps to the beach, and a great location for walking to many restaurants. There’s really no need to drive once you arrive. We would return to this property again.

Wonderful place to stay.

I needed a place to stay for me, my children, my nieces and a couple friends and I was delighted to find this condo that is ocean front, we could walk right out the back porch onto the path to the beach! Great location, beautiful clean condo! The owner was amazing and very responsive to get back to me when I had questions. I totally recommend staying here! We all loved our stay!

The host was very welcoming and responsive. The host provided a lot of information a head of time so we could prepare for our trip. The property was as described and in a great location for any events at the convention center. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware. We were there at a VERY cold time so we didn't venture onto the beach but access to the beach was great. Please do not miss the section where it notes you must bring all of your own bedding and towels. I don't think it mentions it in the listing but you have to bring your own toilet paper also.

Cute place, great mid-town location

We loved being ocean front here at this condo! Easy access to the beach, although sitting on the balcony, you have no view of the ocean -- you're looking at the sand dunes. The unit has been updated and decorated nicely. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dishes. They had beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. I communicated with the property manager several times and he was very quick to respond and helpful with my questions.

Great experience, will book again!

The condo was conveniently located and just as described. There was a bit of confusion in the beginning with gaining access, but Chad was very helpful and responsive. Once in, we had no problems and really enjoyed our stay. We are looking to book again for our next beach vacation.

Great property

Great condo! Setup was perfect for both of our families. Convenient access to beach and convention center. Beds were comfortable. The faucet in the hall bath needs to be replaced. It was rusty and hard to turn on.

Great OC Getaway!

A week at the Beach

The location was incredible. Literally on the beach, this unit was on the ground level, easy to access two ways. I especially loved the closet full of beach essentials for our use. The kitchen had anything you'd ever need. Great experience for us.

We will rent every year

We stayed at Chad's place for a cheerleading competition at the Convention Center. The location was perfect as we could just walk across the street. The condo was immaculate when we arrive and had everything we needed for iur stay. Chad was so accommodating throughout our stay especially our last day when we had to extend for a couple hours. We have now found our place to rent every year when coming to OCMD.

Winter relaxation

We were looking for an oceanfront, quiet, uncrowded and clean property to relax for a few days between Christmas and New Years. This place was perfect. Chad was very responsive when needed.

Long weekend

We had a great relaxing weekend. Chad was the perfect host and promptly assisted when needed. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean as pictured. Kitchen was very well stocked. Porch access to the beach was handy with young son and carrying beach supplies. We even got a permit and had a fun campfire by the ocean! Would stay again!!

Perfect week at the beach

We loved the condo’s location, with being able to step out the back and get to the beach. For once a rental kitchen was well appointed, big fridge and we used the washed and dryer often. Beds were comfortable, with carpeting in the bedrooms and a very easy to clean floor in communal area. We spent a lot of time on the porch. It was everything it promised to be.

Clean right on beach!

We stayed here for the weekend. 7 adults total. The master bedroom was great, bed was comfortable. The second bedroom had plenty of beds but not much space between the beds. It was ok for sleeping though. You could walk out the balcony right onto the beach! Place was clean. There were some beach chairs and toys in the closet. The owner communication was amazing! He was available by call or text for any questions or to give recommendations! We had a great time and would stay again!

Great week long vacation

Chad was amazing and very helpful, we got to check in early and the place was very accommodating. It was lovely to walk off the balcony onto the beach! We will be back! Thanks Chad!
