We are offering in Cancun a brand new house, just delivered in June 2023, in the best residential area in Cancun, anything in south Cancun, surrounding Avenida Huayacan, is the place to be, this part of Cancun was planned, with modern concepts, same as the beach area.

We offer a Brand new house with a full kitchen, where you can actually cook, 3 bedrooms with a private full bathroom in every room, and ideal privacy and comfort. Also a dedicated space as workspace, this way you can work if needed, and lastly a nice terrace Is like having 3 hotel rooms for the price of one Parking for 2 cars right in front of the house, 24-hour security in a gated community, pool, and many other amenities. This is a brand new community, still being built, and you will need a car to stay in the house. No public transportation is available The closes supermarket is about 10 minutes away, but soon the time to the supermarket will be reduced to 5 minutes, they are building a street that will cut the time to half what is it today July 2023. This new road is expected to be ready for October 2023 We are located 15 minutes from Cancun airport and 20 minutes from the closest beach
