If you need a getaway from (motions around) all of this, I highly recommend this little gem. It's a tiny house and absolutely perfect for 2 people and a dog. The back porch with a tub is heaven. If you're lucky enough to be there in the fall (the leaves!), when it's raining (back porch with coffee and rain ), you will not be disappointed. My husband even picked some wild flowers for me! We didn't leave the property, and found ourselves around the campfire one night, and the hot tub another night. Truly now one of my favorite places to stay!

Cute, stylish and very clean! Hot tub was AMAZING. Has everything one needs, can see a lot of thought and love has gone into the cabin. Perfect little getaway!

Great place to get away from the city. Lived the hot tub. Wish there were window coverings. It was uncomfortable at night. But we fixed the issue w a blanket. Would visit again.

Sweet Little Getaway

We had a wonderful stay this past October while visiting Bentonville. The property was beautiful and very cozy. I took advantage of the porch tub twice a day while I was there. Best idea ever! Totally recommend!

Perfect Quiet Winter Retreat

Great cozy place. Well decorated and it had just about everything I needed. Host was attentive to asks such as extra firewood, and quickly resolved a lock out. While this was a great stay in winter, in summers it would be even better to enjoy the soak tub, the outdoor firepit and marshmallow roasting kit as well as the plethora of stars visible from the home. I would return again! Check in instructions and emails were a little bit off, but that's probably a factor of VRBO's systems and not necessarily the hosts issue. In the end the information provided got me in even if it took a bit of deciphering the texts/ inbox/ emails that I received (which was a bit too many in my opinion, but again, probably not the hosts doing).

The title of the property listing says Eggs. We were so excited for the chickens and eggs! But either the hens didn’t lay any eggs, or they were collected prior to our daily checks. A few eggs in the fridge would be nice in this case, as we planned meals and had to drive 30 mins for eggs. The property is decorated well and enjoyable. Some of the cookware was very dusty, but overall the cleanliness was good. The lofted bed is quite short in height, think unable to sit up in bed… and I’m short. The couch is super comfortable but the pull out bed was not comfortable at all. We enjoyed the hot tub. The check in instructions were missing the door code. I asked and was given the code. But right before arrival was sent a different code, which worked. The WiFi was a challenge. The online communication and two areas of the property that listed the WiFi information were (the same, but) not correct. We were able to get the correct information through the app messaging. Although that was challenging because our cellular service was poor. Overall, I would stay again.

On the eggs, our hens are live animals and their laying varies day to day, which the listing notes, so some mornings there are eggs waiting and some mornings there are none. The check in code and the WiFi details are a fair point, and we are getting those corrected. We appreciate you taking the time to write this out, and we would welcome you back.
