Our home is spacious, in a perfect location, and newly renovated! Inside are 3 bedrooms w/ a King, Queen, 4 Twin, and 2 trundle beds! There are 2 private balconies, private laundry, LARGE kitchen and it's ground level- NO STAIRS! The complex has 2 POOLS and HOT TUBS! Parking for 2+ cars. Super close to Wailea, Makena, Keawakapu!

You'll fall in love with our waterfall granite counter top, which doubles as a bar- complete with elegant stools. Our stylish dining table is fit for the whole family with plenty of space. There is also an additional full table for more eating space on the balcony (lanai)!
❤️ We have plenty of dining room, and can sometimes accept groups larger than 8, on a case by case basis! Feel free to message and ask about it! ❤️
🌴 LIVING ROOM 🌴
The living room, equipped with a massive couch and TV! It also has ceiling-to-floor window-slider doors so you can watch the sunset over the ocean.
• Our TV is a smart one!
• This room has an excellent AC unit- trust me you'll be cold!!!
🌴 LANAI/BALCONIES 🌴
The living room doors open to a 200sq ft lanai with its own outdoor dining experience and relaxation lounge. It's truly breathtaking. The view overlooks the Wailea golf course, which leaves the extensive ocean view unobstructed.
You can experience SUNSET OCEAN VIEWS EVERY NIGHT!
We also keep our beach gear here- all for your use! This includes:
• 4 SM/L Snorkel sets
• 4 M/L Snorkel sets
• Beach umbrellas
• 4 Beach chairs

The master bedroom is spacious, with a gorgeous accent wall backdrop behind the King bed! It is definitely a social media-worthy space! Included in this room is the following:

• LARGE walk-in closet
• Baby gear essentials
🌴 MASTER BATHROOM 🌴
The master bedroom is adjoined by a bathroom that is both functional and dazzling. Featured here is:
• Full Bathroom!
• Double sinks
• Enormous counter
• Large blue and gold tiled shower
• Q-tip and floss picks
• Drawer space
• Separate, private toilet
🌴 QUEEN BEDROOM 🌴
The second bedroom includes a queen bed with travel-themed décor, to keep the spirit of adventure alive! It has full ceiling-to-floor mirrors and an extremely spacious closet.
🌴 TWIN/BUNK BEDROOM 🌴
The THIRD BEDROOM has 2 bunk beds that each have an additional trundle bed. That's 6 beds total! It's the perfect kid/ grandkid/ teenager/ adult/ friend/ cousins/ anyone room! Alex, who is 6'0, can fit in these twin beds! The top bunks can hold up to 200lbs! There are also full mirrors and a spacious closet, as well as some tasteful, cute décor and a window view of the gorgeous foliage.
🌴 EXTERIOR 🌴
The grounds are immaculately kept with all different kinds of island flowers and trees! Our condo is tucked away right on the golf course! You can walk the golf course down to the Wailea outlets and go shopping.

The location is also only within a few minutes DRIVE to some of the most gorgeous beaches in the entire world- including WAILEA BEACH, ULUA BEACH, MALUAKA BEACH, AND BIG BEACH! (Less than 1 mile away from Wailea Beach!!!)

There are also 2 POOLS on the premises! One is kid friendly with toys, splashing, playing, and yelling allowed! The other is more adult catered, where the toys, splashing, and yelling ARE NOT allowed. Relaxing, soaking, and sunbathing are encouraged. Included in each pool area are:

Alex and I grew up in Utah, but have since made Hawaii our home! We have lived here almost 10 years! We love the ocean, hiking, and jeeping. We know that Hawaii is the vacation of a lifetime for many people, and we really enjoy making sure people have an amazing time! That's why we enjoy hosting. We love this location- it is in the heart of Wailea, close to the highway so you can still get where you need to go quickly, and is less than a mile away from Wailea Beach, which is one of Maui's finest beaches! There is also a mall nearby!
