Du kommer att älska vårt radhus direkt från stranden som ligger vid 165 W Leslie Lane i hjärtat av Panama City Beach. Gulf Highlands Resort är ett gated community med 24 timmars säkerhet som erbjuder många bekvämligheter, inklusive 11 pooler (5 uppvärmda), sex tennisbanor (2 är upplysta), en 18-håls miniatyr putt putt kurs, shuffleboard och träningsrum. Klubbhuset ligger på stranden och erbjuder en pool, däck, solstolar och snackbar.

På övervåningen båda sovrummen har en full storlek badrum och takfläktar och är möblerade med nya sängkläder, kuddar och lock. Helt nya trägolv. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng och en platt-tv. Gästrummet har en queen size-säng och en tv. Tvättrummet är också på övervåningen med tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

Nedre våningen i vardagsrummet har en sovande soffor, kabel-tv (inklusive HBO), gratis Wi-Fi-anslutning för internet, halv bad, matsal bord som rymmer 4 och 3 barstolar. Köket har en helt ny gasugn och är fullt utrustat med alla redskap och apparater, inklusive mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, brödrost, brödrost ugn, tallrikar, krukor och kokkärl.

Det finns en skärmad i veranda med stolar och uteplats för grillning. 2 parkeringsplatser precis framför enheten. Vi har också en golfbil så att du kan köra till ön poolen eller till porten vid främre stranden att gå tvärs över gatan.

Gulf Highlands Resort är en av de mest familjeorienterade orterna i Panama City Beach-området. Walmart och Publix ligger båda bara en kort bilresa från komplexet. Pier Park är ca 4 miles och erbjuder massor av shopping och bra restauranger, inklusive Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, The Bach Porch, Five Guys och Tootsie s.

Budget friendly

Not a bad little condo for the price. Could use a little handyman type work and the cleanliness wasn’t the best BUT the golf cart made all the difference in the world. It was perfect to get to and from the beach. Condo had a great location for what we were there for (baseball) and easy access to great food and entertainment.

Family of 5 for Softball Tournament

Our family of 5 rented the condo during the summer for a softball tournament. The location was perfect between the two locations of fields with great access to the beach. The pools were nice and the golf cart was an added bonus. Parking was right in front of the co do which was super convenient for packing and unpacking. We will for sure rent again if we return to the area.

Great location!

This was a last minute trip for us and for it being the busiest week of the summer (4th of July) we had a hard time finding anything affordable. I was hesitant to rent this home because we usually stay directly on the beach but i willing to take the chance considering this rental includes a golf cart. I honestly think this was better than being on the beach because there were no elevators we had to wait on, the golf cart ride was actually fun and you could drive right up the crosswalk to beach access. Could use a little updating but was clean and nice enough. Overall this was a great stay!

Good stay

Had everything we needed. Only thing was the grill did not have enough gas to grill with but we used stove instead. I’m sure had we contacted someone they would have brought some but we didn’t want to bother on a holiday weekend! Enjoyed the stay

Awesome vacation

Our stay here was amazing. The condo was very quite, clean and had everything we needed even the golf cart . Took us about three minutes to get to the beach. The condo owner, Shea, was very responsive to any questions we had and such a sweet person.

Wonderful Location

we recently stayed with our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids). The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The heated pool was right at the end of our unit and is just a short walk to the main gate to cross the street to the beach if you didn't want to drive the included golf cart. Central location near walmart and publix and just a short drive to pier park. Definitely would rent again when we decide to visit panama city in the future. Also Shea, the owner was very prompt on returning ny messages or answering calls if we needed her.

Wonderful unit with everything you need

We enjoyed our stay very much. Gulf Highlands is a wonderful place to stay. It is close to the beach, discount stores, pharmacy, clinic, and many eateries. It is within an area that is very secure and all the people are very friendly. The Social Committee offers a wide assortment of activities from which to choose. The unit we were in was very neat and clean. The two bedrooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was wonderful that each had its own bath. The unit had a glassback or patio doors that was nice on the ground floor. It also had a screened in porch that was very convenient when returning from the heated swimming pool that was very close. The owners were lovely people and always returned phone calls. We are planning to return again this year for another 5 months winter stay.

Great place to stay

Well appointed place with fantastic amenities. Golf Cart, Close to the front of the compound, the condo was recently upated (new tile, new carpet, new paint, new appliances, new tv's). The photos do reflect the actual place. Next time I'm in Panama City Beach I will definitly try to stay there again.

Great Family Vacation Spot

My family of four was extremely comfortable during our stay at this complex. The owners made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The place is beautifully decorated and has anything you need to have a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the pools and the golf cart. The beach is only a few minutes away by golf cart. The complex is centrally located in Panama City so that you are anywhere you want to be in only a few minutes also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Roll Tide

We had a great time. We could not ask for a better location. So close to the beach, very secure, and very well kept. Your townhouse was perfect for our family. Very clean! Reasonable rate!
