This spacious townhouse is situated conveniently within Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, with access to 11 pools, mini-golf course, shuffle board, tennis, playgrounds and of course the beach! These amenities coupled with a 5 minute walk to the beach makes for a relaxing getaway. This townhouse has everything you need for an enjoyable trip to the beach or pool including towels, chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and floatables. Sports equipment includes putters, golf balls, shuffleboard cues and pucks.
Golf cart available for rent!
You will have the entire townhouse to yourself that is a 5 minute walk to the beach and within a gated community full of amenities.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, TV and private, cozy balcony.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, with a twin above and a trundle for additional guests. Also equipped with a TV, large closet and Pack nâ Play.
The living space has comfortable seating, a TV with Roku, and various books and games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with many extras including blender, crock pot, cookie sheets, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses and more.
A washer and dryer are provided within the home for your convenience.
Two parking spaces available directly in front of townhome.

Our townhouse is quaint, clean, vibrant and well-stocked giving you the chance to relax and relish in all the joys vacation has to offer. We purchased this property because of its close proximity to the beach, it family-friendly community, it's superb amenities, and its open-concept living and dining spaces.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our townhouse is conveniently situated within Gulf Highlands Resort, providing guests with quick and easy access to the beach. Within the resort itself guests can enjoy an array of activities including lounging at one of eleven different pools, playing shuffleboard, playing tennis, or enjoying the 18-hole putt putt course. Free wifi, cable, and Roku within the house along with a fully stocked kitchen ensures a "home away from home" feel for all of our guests.
