Excellent location. Scores 96 on Walkscore. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to get downtown, or on the 101. Walk to Baker Beach. Close to Presidio, marina, Ocean Beach and Golden Gate park, Legion of Honor, golf course, VA Hospital, CPMC. 8 minute drive to Kaiser or easy bike ride through the park. UCSF is about a 10-15 minute drive or easy bike ride through the park.
Huge apartment that can be used as a 3 bedroom or four bedroom since the living room has a sofa that pulls down into a queen size sofa bed. Wood floors were just refinished. Everything was just painted. Fully finished. Everything brand new. Be the first to live in this beauty.
Living room has black leather sofa, gold butterfly cocktail table, purple velvet chairs, dining table that can seat 4, fireplace, desk, 40âł flat Smart TV. Big bay window. Hall closet off the living room. Internet router for direct connect or WiFi

Front bedroom has bay window, full size bed, night stand, dresser and closet
