Welcome to your home away from home in one of San Franciscoâs most charming neighborhoods. This spacious and thoughtfully furnished 4-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with two queen beds and two full beds. The fourth bedroom is a converted dining area located between the kitchen and living roomâperfect for families or groups who prioritize flexible sleeping space.
The living room offers a cozy spot to relax with a plush sofa and flat-screen TV, while the open kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. Gather around the dining table for shared dinners or enjoy morning coffee in the sunlit kitchen nook.
Youâll be just steps from local cafes, shops, and restaurants, with Golden Gate Park a short walk away. Explore botanical gardens, museums, or simply unwind in the greenery. Convenient access to public transportation makes it easy to reach iconic landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge and all of San Franciscoâs vibrant neighborhoods.

You`ll have access to the upstairs portion of the house, yet the washer and dryer in the garage downstairs.
When we are home, we would be happy to say hello but we give guests their privacy and space as well.
The Sunset District in San Francisco is a charming and family-friendly neighborhood known for its cozy atmosphere and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. With easy access to public transportation, it serves as an ideal base for exploring the city`s popular attractions, including the Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Park. The district offers a variety of local shops, cafes, and restaurants, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the local culture and cuisine. Whether you`re seeking beautiful sunsets or a peaceful retreat, the Sunset District has something to offer every traveler.
Head West on the NJudah street car and it will take you all the way down to the beach. Head East on the NJudah street car and it will take you to the Haight district (Carl & Cole stop), the tip of the Castro district (Church St stop), to down down (all stops underground) and all the way around to the Giants baseball stadium at Oracle Park.
Take the #28 Bus headed North and it will take you to the Marina district, where there is lots of restaurants, shopping and hanging out on Union and/or Chestnut streets.
This is the main upstairs unit of a two-unit home. There is a separate garden apartment below, and you may occasionally see other guests coming and going.
To access the main living area, youâll need to walk up at least 12 stairs. The washer and dryer are located downstairs and also require about 12 stairs to reach.
Washer & dryer are shared with the guests in the downstairs unit.
One designated parking space is available in front of the house. Itâs best suited for a small to mid-size car and is parked side-by-side with the downstairs guests` space. (Please refer to the house photo for reference.)
The N Judah streetcar runs just half a block away and passes approximately every 15 minutes until around midnightâyou may hear and feel it during your stay.
Bedding includes 2 queen beds and 2 full-size beds, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.
A stairway leads from your unit down to the garage level. Two lockable doors separate your space from the downstairs garden apartment for added privacy.
-No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
-Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am
-No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
-No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
-The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
-No pets allowed (if you have a service animal, we would like to know as we have pet allergies)
-Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
-Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
-Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
-During your stay of 30 days or more. If electricity & gas go over a total of $100 and water & trash go over a total of $50, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, we wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
-Please consume or take all leftover food and do not leave extras out of the fridge. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
-Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, we have small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...should be flushed down the toilet)
-Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
-A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
-On check-out, if the property has a key, return it to the lockbox. There is a fee for misplaced keys, or for keys left in the unit.
- Must be 21 or older to book the apartment
- No guns, firearms or any weapons allowed
- Bookings 30+ nights a lease is required to be signed
