Det finns en privat balkong ligger utanför vardagsrummet som erbjuder en vacker utsikt över Atlanten. Takfläktar har installerats i sovrummet, vardagsrummet och balkongen. Den lägenhet har en full storlek kök med nya små apparater (kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost och mikrovågsugn) och ger en elspis, full storlek kylskåp, diskmaskin och är välfyllda med massor av köksredskap och köksprylar för att göra det lätt att laga . Varje enhet i Ocean Dunes har säkrat trådlöst internet service och tillgång till den "nya" swimmingpool vid havet och picknickområde. Våra Ocean Dunes gäster har också tillgång till spelarens Club Fitness Center som har en full träning anläggning och en uppvärmd inomhuspool.

Ocean Dunes ligger på den södra änden av ön, längs South Forest Beach Drive, ett kort avstånd från Coligny Plaza och Coligny Beach Park. Thanksgiving get a way

The view is incredible. The complex is located right next to path to ocean easy access for bike riding. It is one mile from Coligny Square Area. The property was as described and contained everything that was needed.

Ocean Dunes Villa

Reviewer Comments: The view was spectacular and with the AC running in the bedroom it was quiet overall. The tub drained a little slow, but everything else in the Villa was good. The shower water pressure was good and the villa overall was clean. But we came to the beach for the view of the ocean, and this room has that in spades. The pool was heated, which was a must as it was on the chilly side during our stay. Lots of things to do close to the property. Check out Hilton Head Social Bakery and the Jazz Corner. Both are amazing!!

So close to the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great being so close to the beach and the pool and having a view of both of those from our third floor balcony. The room was clean and the furniture was nice. We bought an umbrella for the week and left it there for the next guests to use. We appreciated having the two beach chairs there to use for the week. The only thing I can think of to fix was the floor boards of the balcony felt really soft and made me a little concerned to walk around on it.

overall Good Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed from June 13th- 17th and were pleased with our visit. The space fit our family comfortably. But there were a few problems we had, the top bunk, even with a step ladder; which was provided, could not be reached. We had to pull the mattress down to put it on the floor. The front door was very hard to unlock and lock. There is a huge soft spot on the balcony that made you feel as if you were going to fall through, which is very unsafe. The internet stopped working after the first night there and on the last night, we killed a cockroach. Overall a good place to stay, the view makes up for it.

Nice location and view

Sleep number bed was nice, since I like a soft bed. I really like the location also. We went on long 2-4 mile walks on the beach each day. The sand is hard which was a little different than I am used to and hardly any shells. Would recommend providing beach chairs in the unit.

Beautiful View of the Ocean, Not that great on the inside.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. It's a nice gated area and we loved that it was so close to the beach and local attractions. The unit itself was not impressive. It had a pile of dust on the headboard and the fan in the bathroom was horrendously dirty. The bed in the bedroom is out of its prime and very uncomfortable. The living and kitchen area is fine and it served its purpose of giving us a place to stay for a quick trip on the beach. As someone in the hospitality industry myself, a little updating and a better cleaning service would go a long way.

Great View, Dated Condo

The condo was small but there was only two of us so we made it work. It was VERY dated, and not clean enough. I understand many places are short handed with workers like cleaning people but dust, grime and other people’s hair in the bathroom are not okay. We informed the management that the cable wasn’t working. They had someone out to fix it right away.

Unpleasant stay made it work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was filthy when went in, had to clean it ourselves right away could not wait for vacation time to send someone. Unit need some sprucing up wallpaper pealing and other thing needed attention.This is the first Unit we rented in 33 year we have been staying on the Island we had a major safety issue! Stepped out on the balcony and the flooring was not supportive, spongy over most of the balcony. Called Vacation Time right away and was told no one could come out till Monday to inspect and to stay off the balcony till then. No morning coffee enjoying the view, no evening star gazing. On Monday service person arrived in the late afternoon? Affirmed our concerns and was told to avoid a certain area of the balcony! AC Unit in the living room was not working properly could not be fixed by service person. Do Not Rent This Unit till They Mention the Balcony Has Been Repaired!We have worked with Vacation Time for several years and always was pleased with their Service, this is the first time they FAILED their Mission Statement for Customer Service!I will keep this in mind the next time we come to HHI there are other companies that provide renting.
