Njut av den spektakulÀra direkt vid havet bostadsrÀtt frÄn balkongen pÄ Hilton Head Island! Det har renoverats och uppdaterats med nya möbler. Vi har management service pÄ plats.

VÄr ett sovrum översta vÄningen havet villa ligger i Ocean Dunes samhÀllet. Den lÀgenhet inkluderar ett fullt utrustat kök med granit bÀnk, under montera diskbÀnken, vita shaker stil köksskÄp, kylskÄp med ismaskin, spis och diskmaskin.

Ficka dörrar öppna upp till sovrummet. Sovrummet renoverades; har en queen size-sÀng, byrÄ samt en garderob för alla dina tillhörigheter, separat ny A / C-enhet, takflÀkt och persienner för avskildhet.

Den vardagsrum / matsal kombinationen har ocksÄ en ny A / C-enhet med en queen size bÀddsoffa, matbord med stolar samt avföring för extra sittande, 32 "plattskÀrms-TV med inbyggd DVD-spelare, kabel och WIFI.

Badrummet var ocksÄ ombyggd med ny fÄfÀnga, ny toalett, ett medicinskÄp för din toalettartiklar och Kohler tillbehör.

VÄr nya lÀgenhet sover upp till fem med en dubbelsÀng i sovrummet, en queen-size bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet och Àven en vÄningssÀng i hallen mellan sovrummet och vardagsrummet.

Beautiful Beach Front

My wife and I loved the condo! Amazing view on the beach and the pool was great to relax at. The location is walking/biking distance from shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Memorial Day weekend trip

Good location near the Coligny Bay area stores, restaurants, etc. Porch had nice direct view of the ocean and occasional deer wondering thru the bushes. Very clean room with a well stocked kitchen (utensils) and dishwasher (nice).

A fantastic getaway!

We have stayed in Hilton Head several times over the past 3 years for tennis tournaments. This was our favorite condo we have stayed in so far. The layout made it seem much roomier and it had everything we could need. The view is outstanding, the pool was wonderful and proximity to the beach was perfect. Thank you!

Top Notch

Our unit at Ocean Dunes suited us perfectly. Clean and comfortable - always a priority. Location, mid-island is perfect. We love to bike and this location allows us to reach just about any chosen destination without getting in the car. Excellent ocean view from the fourth floor with comfortable rocking chairs on the balcony. Kitchen is generously stocked, as are linens. Communication with owner was easy and timely. Loved our stay and plan to return. Absolutely no complaints.

HHI Visit

Overall good experience. Outdoor balacony not that clean and needs update. Rockers were nice, but high top preferered due to top rail blocks some of terrific ocean view for smaller people.

Ocean Dunes Villas

This is a very nice 1B unit in a small condo complex nestled among some bigger condo complexes. The unit is very clean, well appointed and had everything needed. 4th floor near the elevator with a great view of the pool and then the ocean beyond that. Great access to the beach with the availability of a bathroom at the end of the beach walkway so you don't have to go back to your room for that-very convenient. The bikepath is across the street which was nice and it was used everyday to explore. Had a great week and enjoyed staying in this unit.

Great HHI vacation

This property was exactly as described in the description on VRBO. We loved the beach location which was only steps away from the beach. Perfect Getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversations.The location was ideal— close enough to everything we wanted to do, but quiet and peaceful enough to truly unwind. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made check-in and check-out a breeze.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Efficiency apartment with a great view

If proximity to beach is your single biggest priority, this place might work well for you. Beautiful ocean view. Very short and easy walk to beach. Kitchen and bath are updated and very well stocked with whatever you might need. Place was very clean and no visible mold despite feeling “moist” and smelling a bit musty. Bedroom is well furnished and comfortable. Owner is lovely and extremely responsive (she messaged me back within minutes each time I had a question). Building not fancy; you get what you pay for, especially considering proximity to beach. The front door could use attention. I didn’t feel unsafe but a proper seal around the door would be good. Might also help with moisture/mustiness.
