Stuga vid passet erbjuder all charm från förflutna dagar såväl som alla moderna bekvämligheter. Stuga vid passet ligger bara några steg från den vita sanden, utan gator att korsa. Tvärs över gatan är John's Pass Village och Boardwalk. Inuti hittar du en rymlig studiolägenhet som har ett komplett kök, bekvämt vardagsrum, dubbelsäng i sovrummet och stort badrum med klädkammare. Stugan är utrustad med WiFi och satellit-TV. Utanför de dubbla franska dörrarna njuter våra gäster av den stora privata balkongen som erbjuder en kik-a-boo utsikt över viken. Balkongen är ca. 400 kvm ft, delvis täckt för att möjliggöra en bra matplats.

Gå tvärs över gatan för att höra levande musik i Bamboo Beach Bar & Grill, eller bläddra i butikerna i John's Pass Village.

Easy beach stay

Comfortable, no-frills stay for one or a couple. Easy access to beach as well as restaurants and shopping at John’s Pass. Handy parking, nice deck and patio with grill. A few basic items that would be helpful: kitchen linens, basic storage containers and hand soap.

We really enjoy staying here we have been here 3 times. Great location close to beach, John's Pass and the intercoastal waterway.

This was a unique beach experience

You are exceptionally close to dining, shopping and entertainment if you want or being on the upper back deck, which is partially covered, allows you casual, relaxing down time. And the beach is hardly a minute away. The best of all worlds!!

Great Location

Great location! Beach is an easy walk and shops and restaurants are right across the street. Our upstairs unit was perfect for the 2 of us. We will definitely stay again.

Nice place!

What a darling little place and a perfect location. Right across the street from John's Pass and walking distance to the beach. (It's a bit of a walk though) All in all, a perfect weekend place. I would certainly go back.

End of Summer Bliss!

Cottage is the perfect location to live like a local at Madeira Beach. Close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and most importantly, the beautiful white sandy beach.

Perfect location, perfect accommodations! Everything was so easy to navigate from parking to check in process! Directly across the street from John's Pass and short walk to the amazing beach! Couldn't get any better! Would love to come back!

Location location location

We had an amazing stay! Cherie was great we got there earlier than check in and she was very accommodating by letting us get into the cottage early. The cottage is centrally located with a minimal walk to the beach and across the street from the boardwalk. We will definitely be back!! I would highly recommend staying here!

Extremely cute place and you couldn’t get better proximity to everything in Johns Pass!

Loved it! So close to everything and extremely cute place! My wife and I had a great weekend here and will definitely be back. Cherie was incredible! Loved being right across the street from all the dining etc. perfect!

Amazing location

We loved our short stay in Cherie’s charming beachside cottage. It was clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location; close to all the entertainment at John’s Pass and the beautiful beach. Cherie was easy to contact and very accommodating-the perfect hostess. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Adorable Place at Great Location

We stayed in the upstairs part of the house and it was great. Perfect for two people sand our fur baby. It has a nice deck with a limited view of the beach perfect to relax. It is literally across the street from John’s Pass and 2 minute walk from the beach. We would definitely stay here again

Great Location

Once you're there you do not have to move the car! Except to go to Publix. Very nice studio for two adults. Large balcony with a peek a boo view of the ocean!

Eventually she moved to Madeira Beach where she owns a real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach on Gulf Blvd. Finest Real Estate Worldwide! She also owns a vacation rental management company Vicinity Vacation Rentals!

I purchased this property from the long-time owner because I just love the classic beach cottages. I promised her that I would keep the integrity of the cottage, and not tear it down for a new home to be built. The bonus is the wonderful location. The Cottage by the Pass is the epitome of living the beach life.

Cottage by the Pass offers all the charm of days gone by as well as all the modern conveniences. Cottage by the Pass is located just steps from the white sand, with no streets to cross. Across the street is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Inside you'll find a spacious studio apartment that features a full kitchen, comfortable living area, queen sized bed in sleeping area and large bathroom with walk-in closet. The Cottage is equipped with WiFi and satellite TV. Outside the double french doors our guests enjoy the large private balcony that offers a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf. The balcony is approx. 400 sq ft, partially covered to allow for a great dining spot.
