Stuga vid passet, nedre våningen, erbjuder all charm från förflutna dagar samt alla moderna bekvämligheter. Stuga vid passet ligger bara några steg från den vita sanden, utan gator att korsa. Tvärs över gatan är John's Pass Village och Boardwalk. Inuti hittar du ett rymligt kök med bänkskivor i travertin och energieffektivt under diskbricka och torktumlare. Trägolv i vardagsrummet och sovrum. Badrummen har ett helt nytt utseende med dusch i marmor. Utanför de franska dörrarna på baksidan finns en uteplats med en gasgrill. Awesome Beach

The beach was close to the cottage & the water was awesome! The cottage had a great patio to sit and have coffee and a supply of beach gear including canopies & some chairs… the kitchen was spacious & each bedroom had a bathroom - great place for a vacation- close to the pass .

Awesome location!!

Very pleased with our stay! Located directly across from the Bamboo Beach Bar! You can hear the live music by just sitting on the front patio. Had an awesome time! Thanks! Will definitely visit again.

Great place for location

Love this place because close to beach, John’s pass across street. Had a hiccup when Debby hit us, owners were great to help. But maybe some games for when guests get stuck in. See you next time

Great location

This place is great for two couples or a small family. Just a block from a wonderful beach, with white sands and across the street from all the shops and restaurants of John’s Pass. The house had everything we needed and then some.

1st time to Florida

Clean, working air conditioning and open floor plan and location was perfect with easy access to the beach, friendly people all over the area and overall very nice for a family stay. Our entire family enjoyed the trip!

Wonderful location and amazing host

Our fourth time staying and we love it more each time. Close to everything, and if there are ever any issues they are addressed immediately. It’s always clean.

Comfortable cottage in great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable cottage with great patio in the front to hangout. Right across the street from John's Pass boardwalk. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Great kitchen to cook meals.

Perfectly lovely place to stay on Maderia Beach

Having stayed in many rentals over the years, we recognize superior accommodations . This unit is outstanding from the comfortable beds and living room seating to the huge completely equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend this unit

The Purple Cottage across from John’s Pass

This is the 3rd year we’ve rented the cute purple cottage. It’s the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and John’s Pass right across the street. It’s very clean and well taken care of. The owners are amazing! We will be booking again for next summer!

What's a great place, so cozy and location, location!

We will definitely come back to this property. What a nice place to stay, great space, large kitchen and dining room to spend time with the family. Access to the beach just a few steps away. Cherie was really responsive and informative. Location is just perfect, across the street from John's Pass with shopping and dining places to enjoy.

Cherie grew up in South Tampa and always had a love for the beach. Traveling the 20 or so miles to the beach every weekend when she was attending Plant High School. Eventually she moved to Madeira Beach where she owns a real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach. Finest Real Estate Worldwide! She also owns a vacation rental management company Vicinity Vacation Rentals.

I purchased this property from the long-time owner because I just love the classic beach cottages. I promised her that I would keep the integrity of the cottage, and not tear it down for a new home to be built. The bonus is the wonderful location. The Cottage by the Pass is the epitome of living the beach life.
