Ligger utanför huvudvägen (Bay Street) precis vid vattnet vid Delaporte Point. Tyst gated community med privat parkering och allt du behöver för en flykt till paradiset. Bara 10 minuter från flygplatsen och cirka 15 minuter från centrum av Nassau. Stormarknad och restauranger inom gångavstånd. Strax utanför säkerhetsgrinden finns restaurangen The Poop Deck och Blue Sail. Tvärs över gatan hittar du Sandyport Shopping Plaza-butiker, spa, restauranger, gym med mera

Hus fullt utrustat med sängkläder, köksbehov, tvätt etc. Luftkonditionering i hela huset. Köket öppnar upp med en frukostbar till vardagsrummet. Från vardagsrummet har du en stängd delvis täckt privat havsutsikt. Idealisk för BBQing (BBQ alltid tillgänglig). WiFi och kabel-TV i vardagsrummet håller dig ansluten, om du vill bli det! Precis utanför uteplatsen är du bara 10 steg från den östra poolen, havet och dockan. På den västra sidan av fastigheten finns en andra pool att njuta av.

På övervåningen har du 3 sovrum (alla nyligen installerade fönster för orkansäkra). En king size sovrum mot poolen och havet och tvärs över hallen två enkelsängar med havsutsikt mot väster. Massor av garderobsutrymme i alla sovrum. Badrummet har badkar / dusch, 2 handfat och mycket förvaring. På tredje våningen har du en fantastisk havsutsikt över bryggan och poolområdet med din egen privata balkong. Sovrummet har en drottning tak, hand snidad säng och eget rymligt badrum och garderob. Båda badrummen har hårtork. Spädbarn / småbarnspaket och spjälsäng finns också tillgängligt på begäran.

Atlantis på Paradise Island ligger strax utanför Downtown Nassau (cirka 20 minuter bort). Tennis, vattensporter, golf finns alla tillgängliga på Cable Beach och Paradise Island. Du har också Ardastra Gardens och andra lokala platser att besöka och utforska.

I huset hittar du ett bindemedel med lokal information. Det ger dig nödvändiga lokala nummer (dvs. taxi, nödsituationer) och föreslår också sevärdheter att se och platser att äta på. Great location

I used this property with my wife and children aged 4-9. The beach that can be reached on foot is very clean and quiet. Property security is perfect and secure. It is in a very convenient location, close to the airport. The facilities such as cooking utensils were sufficient and it was very comfortable. The property is a bit old and was bitten by a tick while sleeping

Needs some TLC

This home is in an amazing location. The beach is steps away and absolutely beautiful. The pool that was promised in the pictures was under construction, which we were not made aware of prior to our visit, so that was a bit disappointing. In fairness, the property has a second pool that was serviceable, but it is on the shady side of the property, and thus was not warm enough to swim in. This house has great potential to be an amazing vacation home, if only it received some much needed TLC. On our first day there, we discovered that the Wi-Fi, hot water heater and air conditioner were not working. Luckily the property manager, Barbara, was extremely responsive, and by Day 2, the hot water was fixed. Again, through the diligence of Barbara, the Wi-Fi was fixed on Day 3. On Day 5, the broken air conditioner started leaking water through the ceiling into the living room, and we had to put a bucket and towels beneath to catch the water. Unfortunately, this happened on a rainy day, and we were stuck inside the hot house all day while the repair men worked to fix the issue. Luckily, we were there in December, not the middle of the summer, and not having air conditioning was only uncomfortable, not completely unbearable. In addition to these major issues, the house also needs some repairs and deep cleaning. For example, there are steep stairs, and the rail was not affixed correctly. Our six-year-old son even fell down the stairs because he was afraid to use the broken rail. The sliding doors were extremely difficult to open and close, and the large screen door at the back of the house would not remain on the tracks. Additionally, there was mold or mildew within the house and on both shower curtains, and our allergen-sensitive kids had stuffy noses while inside. Finally, one of the bathroom sinks in the upstairs did not drain properly. For the cost of renting this residence, it only seems right that the owner address the many issues and provide ongoing maintenance that is lacking.

our recent stay

The outdoor patio was nice, the living room furniture was not very comfortable and not enough seating for 4 adults. The unit was well stocked, but everything was very old and used. (need some new pots and pans and utensils) The lighting was poor and there was several lights that needed new light bulbs. There were no lights that worked in the downstairs bathroom. Location was good, enjoyed being close to the water. On site manager was helpful and responsive.

Great location in Nassau

The best thing about this place is the location. Ocean views, short walk to beach, walking distance to good restaurants and a grocery store. (Although I would recommend having a car to carry the 5 gallon water bottles for pure water, pretty much standard in Nassau.) Close enough to downtown to get there easily but out of the cruise ship crowds. AC works fine. Very safe, gated community. the place is spacious. however, I would have to say it is in need of an update. the kitchen and bathrooms are pretty dated. We initially had quite a few minor problems. (A bannister on the stairs fell off; some lights did not work; a window would not open. Screen to the patio worked badly.) However, I will say that the owner and her manager (Barbara) worked hard to fix everything as soon as possible, and were very responsive. Prices are high in nassau and this place is probably reasonable all in all. I know we could have found a more luxurious place but I am sure it would have cost a lot more.

This property has been in our family for 2 generations. Over the years we have both lived in it and rented it. We manage the unit ourselves and stay in it frequently so we are sure the house is in great condition for our guests. In 2014 we took a break from renting it and used it ourselves and also spent some time there upgrading things, replacing bedding, painting and generally improving the house. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Ideal location on the island, right in the middle, very close to the shopping, airport and restaurants. Only 10 minutes from downtown Nassau. We love the privacy of this gated community, which has been a big reason we kept this house for so many years. There is a 24 hour security gate and friendly staff to ensure a safe and fun experience.

House is literally 10 steps from the pool and a further 10 steps to the ocean.
The house sleeps 6 adults comfortably. With advance notice we can arrange for a pack & play cot & high chair for small children.
