Clean, newly updated, modern minimalist

We stayed in Lakeland for recognition ceremonies and graduation. The location was 10 minutes from the college, event center, Hollis Garden and lots of restaurants and stores. The house was very clean, simple and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Completely avoidable disaster

Can't rate the property because our paid reservation was cancelled. Property was booked months in advance for our family of 7 attending a wedding. Day of checkin, owner call to say the property was not available as it was double booked on another platform. Really? Irresponsible owner cost me an additional $500 and a stressful scramble to find any lodging in the area while in transit, during spring break, and with a festival happening the same weekend. Ridiculous. What's the point of a reservation of you can't count on it.

Nicely sleek, modern, and renovated home!

Phillip was very kind and pleasant to deal with. Communication was excellent, we had a small issue with check in time and he even gave an extra accommodation to make up for the time change which was awesome of him. The home was very nice, sleek, and modern. The only gripe my family and I had was some cleanliness issues which to me I understood because of the check in issue explained to me. Overall it was a good experience

Attention to detail always makes the difference! You will notice upon entry to the home that it is kept immaculately and entirely renovated to the most modern standards. My wife Tina is a germaphobe and her hyper focus on the cleanliness of the home, linens, towels, etc is our most complimented feature. I truly enjoy providing great experiences for my guests and I am constantly looking for feedback to improve. You will find that I am always accessible and eager to learn of anything that might increase your comfortability. My primary goal as a host is to surpass expectations!
