It's difficult to put into words what our stay at Pond Mountain Inn has meant to my family. I would love to say our stay was mediocre to pretty good so we could keep this little Gem to ourselves, but that would be quite selfish & I suppose the rest of the World deserves to enjoy this piece of Vermont paradise. We came with high expectations, we needed peace, tranquility, and TLC after caring for a terminally ill Mother. All signs pointed in the direction of this Inn and in fact, my Mother definitely guided the way. We just got home from a 10 day stay and everyone is missing our hosts, Glenn & Kay and the serenity of Pond Mountain. It would require a novel to tell the story of our stay and there is not enough space here to do that. That being said, this Inn has the most amazing, meticulously spotless accommodations, super comfortable beds, the best blueberry pancakes, eggs, bacon breakfasts in the Main House. Beautiful property with an abundance of wild life...turkey, deer, hummingbirds galore! And the very best part of our stay, getting to know our hosts, Glenn & Kay. I can't say enough about this wonderfully welcoming, lovely couple who embraced my family and cared for us when we needed TLC the most. Please visit the Memorial garden they allowed me to plant in honor of my loving Mother. You will be sure to see many butterflies flocking to this special place and feel the presence of a special Angel. A slice of Heaven in Vermont! Looking forward to our next visit on Pond Mountain and once you've visited...you will want to keep it a secret from the rest of the World too... Enjoy! Hugs ~ Perri, Joe, Christian, Crouton, & Dusty.
