Detta är ett vackert designermöblerat hem, perfekt för två familjer. Nyligen ombyggt kök, familjerum och TV-rum 2018. Bilder kommer snart. Huvudhuset har ett stort familjerum med TV, och anslutet den med ytterligare T. V. och spelsystem. Det finns en uteplats med grill från familjerummet och en badtunna som tillval. Soffan i hallen drar ut till en dubbelsäng. Två tvättmaskiner och torktumlare i full storlek. Pulverrum på första våningen och vackert kök med plats för 14. På övervåningen, sovrum med king size-säng, sjöutsikt, T. V., och privat badrum med badkar och dusch. Ytterligare bad med dusch. Stort andra sovrum med två enkelsängar och en rullande säng under varje. Också en liten soffa som passar ett barn. T. V. och härlig utsikt. Tredje sovrummet har rulla säng. Med separat ingång, men också bifogad, finns det en separat lägenhet med en tvättstuga i full storlek, vackert familjerum med balkong och sjöutsikt, kök, våningssängrum med två trippel-kojer (standard-våningssäng med spjäll) och queen size-futon och en extra sovrum med dubbelsäng och t. v., Våningssalen har ett privat badrum med badkar och dusch. Det finns ett extra rullbadrum. T. V. med spelsystem i familjerummet. Litet bord för två, och utanför på balkongen ett separat bord för fyra. Det finns ett leksakrum i foajén, med lekkök, tåguppsättning och flera leksaker. Endast hyresgäster som kommer att behandla detta med samma respekt som sitt eget hem behöver ansöka. Chef ägs. Detta är ett lyxigt hus som har gjorts helt om. Observera en veckas lägsta tid under de bästa sommerveckorna såvida du inte söker en sista minuten-hyra och det finns tillgänglighet. Många vackra antikviteter från våra år som expats i Kina. Det finns ett bordtennisbord i garaget och en stor brygga som är lämplig för flera båtar eller vattenskoter. Det finns tillgång till ett community (sällan används) intill fastigheten som ger ytterligare lakefront.

There is a lot to like about this "roomy" rental. The location on Chautauqua Lake is excellent with great proximity to shopping. The lake front property is beautiful with a large area for playing games, an excellent outdoor eating and firepit arrangement. The open concept kitchen and great room makes for a perfect family gathering location. Likewise, as advertised, the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms easily handled our group of 12. Our only minor complaint, is the house is a little tired and cluttered with little things needing repair, lights needing bulbs and the like. All-in-all we had a great week and the house meet our needs nicely.

Perfect house right on the lake for our large group! We went to the pumpking fest at Southern Tier and the house was the perfect location for us! The host sent Panera for breakfast one day too! Beautiful home, I highly recommend and would stay there again!

Great Getaway

Great house for our weekend getaway. We had five couples for the weekend and the house had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped, all the rooms were very nice. Hot tub was great! Very nice place to stay.

The property is right on the lake. Being able to sit outside, make a fire and enjoy the evening was great. House is very roomy and we all had a private spot. House is well stocked with dishes, etc. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Roomy lakefront house

This is a great property for large family groups. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and double laundry this house is well above other rentals. It is spacious, updated and well appointed with comfy beds and a great lake view with hot tub.

The home was incredibly clean. The host was very informative and responds to any questions quickly. The house manager helped my husband park his boat trailer and got him directions on the best way to dock. The host also ordered breakfast for us to be delivered one morning towards the end of our stay, which I have never had a host do before. The check-in and out process was incredibly simple. The views cannot be beat. This is the perfect home if you are looking for an amazing host and a lot of relaxation. You truly don’t need to leave the property in order to enjoy yourself. I did however travel with my 10 year old daughter and a newborn. There was plenty to do on and off property to keep them entertained. We were lucky enough to spend a week there and I easily could have spent another one. We swam off the docks during the day. The water is only about 3 feet if you are traveling with young children. At night we enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets, the fire pit and a dip in the hot tub. There are plenty of restaurants around to make even the pickiest eaters happy. Ice cream shops for dessert. Panama Rocks was an amazing, fun hike. Bemus Point is a short drive with plenty to do, including Midway State Park for the kids. My parents enjoyed all the history on Lucille Ball. There is also a park really close by that my daughter and even the teenagers enjoyed. Vacation Perfect!

Perfect Stay for Large Family

Our large family had the best weekend at Laura's place. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our group. The location of the house is perfect - situated right on the water, but a close walk to playground - ball field and short drive to Wegman's, Walmart etc. Laura was a fabulous host and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We will be back!

Family get together

Very nice for large groups. Easy access to the lake and outdoor activities. Quiet street and neighborhood. Gloria the manger was very responsive to any needs. Dock was new with easy docking. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils and equipment.

Wow! What a beautiful home. For the past 30 years we have met as a family at Lake Chautauqua. We have four generations of family gathering together to relax, enjoy each other’s company and create lifelong memories. Our stay at Laura’s home was absolutely wonderful. The home is very well cared for, sitting on the edge of the lake gave us some spectacular views, especially at sunrise. Laura is very communicative and extremely helpful, should you be considering renting a nice spacious home, that allows for space to be alone as well as an open area to bring the family together, you will thoroughly appreciate being here. This is by far the best home we have rented at lake Chautauqua.

House was perfect size and layout for the 11 of us. WI-FI was weak when evening came, and everyone was settling down and on their devices. The waterfront was not useable for swimming and the level of the water at the end of the dock made it difficult to get the boats in and out. Gloria was very responsive to and questions we had and followed up with us when we contacted her.

Perfect homes for large groups with extras

This house was perfect for our bachelor weekend with a large group. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone to not feel crammed. Communication with owner/house manager made preparing for the trip simple. Both very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Backyard was awesome with plenty of space for yard games, fire pit with chairs, dock for our boats, grill and hot tub! House is a very short drive from grocery, gas, restaurants, etc. We loved this house and would recommend to anyone with a large group

High School Friends Get Together

It was a quick 2 night visit. The house accomondated our large group easily. the layout provided so much space and made sleeping a quiet situation even with our large group. The outdoor space was especially appreciated and probided plenty of seating. We experienced a water break in the neighborhood that cut off all our water for 1/2 a day. The property manager responded quickly to our texts and kept us informed. Our host was also was responsive to our concerns regarding the impact this event had on our stay. Great location, great home, along with an easy check-in & check-out process.
