Featuring a large open kitchen with beautiful lake views, patio with outdoor kitchen, fire-pit, 76' of lakefront, and ample gathering space to create memories. Pass time on the lake, visit the infamous Chautauqua Institution, enjoy a front row seat to the beautiful fall foliage, spend the day visiting Peek'n Peak, or snowmobile on the local trails. There is something for everyone!

A beautiful home with an incredible view of the lake! There was ample space for eight of us and it included four full bathrooms. Each of the rooms were decorated beautifully and comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped, as well as the outdoor space provided everything we needed. The home was conveniently located in a quiet area. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!!

OH Family Vacation

We were looking for a nice place on a lake not far from all of us without a lot of congestion. And we found it! Having a 4 month old along with a couple of 3 year olds make it tough to travel distances, so this lovely location on Lake Chautaqua worked great. Oven issue was addressed promptly. Everything about and in the house was described accurately. Plenty of stuff to do within walking distance also. Lots of room, nice beds, well equiped kitchen and easy access to the lake.

Lovely Chautauqua Lake Home!

Have stayed in many rentals and this kitchen was the best stocked have seen! Would work perfectly when you can be outdoors, but tight for the number of beds when it is too cold to be outside - just how it is in the historical lake houses. Owners are phenomenal, very responsive and thoughtful!

Family Winter Weekend Getaway

We’ve been visiting Chautauqua Lake for many years and this rental has far exceeded every expectation we could’ve ever wanted. From the open floor plan with beautiful lake views to the perfect bedroom to bathroom ratio. The house was spacious enough to accommodate our family. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The hosts were very accommodating and attentive. The home was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Great location, house was perfect for our friends get together. Beautiful views of the lake! Kitchen is well stocked, and the women loved the wine glasses. Comfortable and well located

We've had two stays here. Though along a main artery, the open space and lakefront patio makes it feel quieter. A great central location for things to do in the region, including easy walks to park spaces and trails. Quick responses from owner for any concerns and questions we've had.

My husband and I met at The College of Wooster (go Scots!) and have been together for over ten years ... time is flying by! We love to travel, spend time outdoors, and get lost in a good book. When we're at home, we can be found in the kitchen testing a new recipe or playing Mario Kart. We currently reside in Ohio but we're often on the road finding our next adventure!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

My husband spent his childhood summers at Chautauqua Lake learning to water ski, making s'mores, and fishing. Being from Ohio, it was a close getaway that felt like a distant escape into the quintessential "lake life". Shortly after we started dating in college, he brought me to visit and I fell in love as well. Being from Michigan, I have high standards for what a lake should be. I grew up sailing on the Great Lakes and spent every summer living on a sailboat. Needless to say, we love the water. We now live in Ohio and love to "go up to the lake" to get away for a few days or weeks! Chautauqua has so much to offer there is always something for us to explore. We wanted to share our love for this lake with others so they too can create happy memories here for years to come!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This home is the perfect retreat for families and friends to come together and create lifelong memories at the lake! We were drawn to the open floor-plan and incredible view out the front windows. It is so easy for all to gather to share a meal, watch a movie, catch a sunset, and make s'mores around the fire-pit. We also loved the bedroom to bathroom ratio because let's be honest, no one likes to have to share one bathroom with everyone else in the house! The bunk room is perfect for guests of all ages who may want to spend extra time together catching up, stay up late star gazing out the roof top window, or be closest to the kitchen for some late night snacking!

We knew the instant we saw the home that it would be a wonderful place to make memories as a family. We are fortunate enough to be able to share our space with guests and we hope that everyone who stays with us is able to make many happy memories to take with them.
