Gillade: Incheckning, kommunikation och plats

Had a few hiccups but overall a good place to stay.

The house is as pictured on the listing and is a beautiful home. It accommodated our party of 8 well. There were a few issues such as when we arrived the home was not properly cleaned from the last guests. There was visible food and dirt on the floor, the refrigerator had not been wiped out, and the counters had not been wiped down. We contacted the property manager who offered to try to send out a cleaner but we cleaned bc it was a holiday. The hot tub was also problematic and did not appear to be working well. We learned that this was because that it had been preset to only run for two hours each day; 45 minutes of that time is spent heating it up. This was not in the listing nor was it on the paperwork provided for guests. The property manager stated they were just told this and we didn’t have the appropriate directions. The property management was responsive to our questions that arose but were not able to address the issues.
