Additional sleeping space: There is a convertible sofa in the living room of the guest suite with mattress topper inside its storage unit.

Parking: All parking uncovered. Please do not park in rotonda so as to not disturb the neighbors!

Gated community: Yes. It is imperative that all guests respect the 15-mph speed limit after crossing gate. The neighbors are very strict about this rule. Also, please no parking on the shared driveway or cul de sac.
