Guest access

◆ Self-check-in is available using the electronic keypad at the front door.
◆ Access codes will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
◆ Each guest will have access to their individual unit as well as a shared laundry room within the building.
◆ Guests must climb stairs to access the unit, with 4-5 steps down to the unit (considered a "garden apartment") and two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails to exit the building. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing up and down a few flights of steps.
◆ Please be aware of potential noise, as the apartment complex has 12 units, leading to occasional general "living" noises.
◆ There is 1 off-street parking space with a reserved sign. Please park there and avoid parking on the other side of the parking lot where the daycare is located.

For thrill-seekers, Cedar Point, home to some of the world's best roller coasters, is just over an hour's drive to the west.

◆ Please be aware that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, with one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.
◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
◆ Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more during your stay.
◆ We provide complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Please note that these items are not replenished, and you will need to purchase more if you run out.
◆ A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

✔ The primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property, including any incurred charges.
✔ Guests agree to cover any charges related to damages occurring during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges afterward.
✔ Guests may be asked to provide a government ID on the check-in day or during their stay.
✔ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.
✔ Parties or events are not permitted, and illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors.
✔ No loud music. Please note that a noise detection system (MINUT) is installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
✔ Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is not allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
✔ Tents or other structures may not be set up on the property grounds.
✔ Please refrain from moving furniture.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

-Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.

-Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

-No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

-Any violations of the house rules could result in the immediate removal from the property WITHOUT REFUND. Furthermore, guests must abide by all airbnb policies and local, state, or federal laws.
