Escape to the Emerald Coast at Maravilla Resort – Unit 4309, a clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo located just steps from Florida’s breathtaking white-sand beaches. Perfect for families, couples, or small groups, this pet-friendly retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers the ideal balance of relaxation and resort-style amenities.



The private beach access is just a short 300-yard walk, where you’ll enjoy stunning emerald-green waters and seasonal complimentary beach service (two chairs and one umbrella, March 15–October 30).

The condo was super clean and the host was great. She sent emails with a step by step check-in and checkout. She was even able to offer us early check in… super thoughtful. It’s on the 3rd floor so you will hear above neighbors walking around. The mattress was hard but everyone has their own preference. The bed linens were soft and comfortable. A/C worked great!!! The beach chairs were so convenient and the walk was short to the private beach access. It was perfect for us since we didn’t want to kennel our dog.

Maravilla Fun!

Our family has always loved staying at Maravilla and this condo did not disappoint! Location was great! Close to the back pool, dog park and the walk to the beach was minimal! Looking forward to our next stay here!

I would have given a higher rating BUT there was no hand soap just a small bar soap we stayed there for 5 days and they only gave 1 TP per toilet restroom. (The provide essential-only per them ) so prepare to buy things when you get there They gave only 1 pod to wash dishes and their pans really suck they only had one okay pan but it was small. And the bed was not very comfortable for me but husband said it was good for him. It is in the 3rd floor but they do have carts and elevator

We appreciate you staying with us and are glad you found the elevator and luggage carts convenient, especially with the condo being on the third floor. We’re also glad your husband found the bed comfortable. Mattress comfort is very personal and can vary from guest to guest. The mattress was purchased new by the owner at the beginning of this year, so we’re sorry it wasn’t as comfortable for you personally. Regarding the supplies, I do want to clarify our Startup Necessities policy, which is provided to every guest in their pre-arrival check-in email. It states: “We have provided you with a startup set of necessities (bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dishwashing packs). If further supplies are needed it is up to the guest to provide them.” This information is provided before arrival so guests can plan accordingly for the length of their stay. The supplies are intended as a starter supply, not enough to cover an entire stay. We provide these items as a courtesy to get guests started, but additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility. We do not advertise the property as having unlimited household supplies or a fully stocked pantry. We’re sorry the cookware did not meet your expectations and will take your comments into consideration. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you were able to enjoy the beach, convenient location, and other amenities during your stay.

Nice clean condo. Well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs are a great thing to have included. Mattress could be a little better, a bit lumpy but not the worst I’ve ever endured.

Pet Friendly and Beach Service Included

Mainly rented this condo because my chihuahua was traveling with us. Very clean, with everything you need. I would have preferred a regular coffee maker. There was a lot of painting going on at the property so we had to work through that but all in all a pleasant stay. A beach service for 2 included in the price was a plus.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo with everything we needed! No ocean view but beautiful palm trees. Prefer regular coffee maker and hotter water. Also, the above condo was excessively loud with kids running and furniture scraping floors. We would definitely return to a 4th floor condo. Love the complex and area!

The condo was fine. It was clean and well stocked. The only real issue was the noise from other units. We heard every step the family in the unit above us took. And they had a very high step count! We could also hear the sliding glass doors opening and closing in other units. Wow was it continual and loud.I would rent this unit again as long as it was off peak season and other units were empty.

Maravilla is one of my favorite places to stay. This is my second time staying in the complex but first time in this condo. It was perfect. Super clean and close to the pool in the back of the complex. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the essentials. I had one little issue with the coffee pot and it was resolved immediately by the host. Keep in mind this condo does not have a beach view but sitting on the balcony was very relaxing especially with the palm trees. It is a short walk to the beach and I love the fact that beach chairs are included in the stay and it’s dog friendly.
