Lovely 3 bed, 1 bath home located in a wonderful neighborhood! This is the perfect year-round rental only 10 mins from the public boat launch on Route 25 (Ossipee Lake), King Pine Ski Resort, Golf, 30 mins to North Conway, 35 mins to Lake Winnipesaukee, Sebago Lake, Maine under 40 mins, Storyland/Santa’s Village an hour or so away those are just some of the great attractions around the area! Looking to relax and stay in? Guests will be able to use the entire house where we have a dedicated workspace, lots of board games, puzzles, coloring books, word puzzles, etc. The home features a well-equipped, full kitchen, two dining areas for mealtimes or rainy-day games, and a cozy living area with a flatscreen 65” TV with High-speed internet & Netflix. Outside you can enjoy the patio area with grill, outdoor games like cornhole and a firepit at the edge of the trees. Scenic drive to restaurants and breweries. Hobbs Tavern & Brewery only 15 mins away! Beautiful hiking and snowmobile trails all around the area! Laconia an hour away, check out Laconia bike week, Weir’s beach and more! Perfect location, close to all amenities but away from the crowds! Come enjoy!

We had a terrific stay in this pet friendly cabin. The house had been newly renovated and was spotless. It’s in a great location with easy access to the lake, hiking and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. The only downside was no laundry in the house.

Holiday ski weekend

Great spot, rural but with just the right amenities not too far. Bonus that the local (walking distance) lake was frozen over for some nice walks

An unforgettable experience!

I cannot begin to express how amazing this property is. Clean and modern but with a beautiful rustic atmosphere. It was amazing. Truly, the host thought of everything. We had more than enough soft and cozy blankets to curl up in after a long day of hiking. We were able to enjoy everything needed to cook beautiful meals and sit as a family around the table. And every night we got to sit outside by the campfire and toast s'mores and enjoy each other's company. And it was all thanks to this beautiful property.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here in Freedom,NH. We enjoyed going to Santa’s Village, shopping in Conway, Bobbie Sue’s Ice Cream and lots of family laughs! Thanks again! Great place to stay if you want a little peace!!

Great Getaway

Perfect weekend getaway

The place was beautiful! A fully stocked kitchen with a great living room area! We had great summer weather so we spent most of our time outside in the yard/ by the fire pit. Alyssa was super helpful and responded right away to our questions. There is swimming nearby if you are not too rowdy - 5 minute walk

Ossipee vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Well equipped with everything. Beds were very comfortable. Kids were happy with games and all. Accessible routes from house to attractions. Would love to come back for another stay sometime!

Beautiful Property and Great Location

This lovely property is somewhat secluded on an unpaved road. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. For our purposes its location fit us well as it is about an hour to Portland, ME and to Mount Washington area. North Conway, N.H. is about 30 minutes away and there is plenty to do there as well. We also took our golf clubs and got in a couple of rounds at some nearby courses. On our first night we had trouble with the air conditioning in the house. The owner had someone there to fix the problem by 9:00 a.m. the next morning! Thank you for the fast response. For anyone considering a nice relaxing trip to New Hampshire/Maine I would strongly recommend this property.

Beautiful, Cozy retreat in Awesome location

My family of 4 spent New Years weekend. Spacious living room/ dining/ kitchen combo. The house was recently remodeled & looked brand new. The kitchen & home was well equipped with all you can think of & more. Games, puzzles, extra blankets, towels, etc. Comfy beds & furniture. The location was superb- 13 min to King Pine & 30 min to N Conway. Check in & check was seamless. Owners were great!! Would highly recommend & will def book again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!!!

Great place & host!

It was such a great place to stay, especially if you ski King Pine. We also drove into N. Conway for dinner twice, not a bad drive. The house was so clean and cozy, we truly loved it. The host was awesome and answered any questions so fast, THANK YOU! Can't wait to book it again. Definitely recommend!
