Amazing, Absolutely Amazing

We just returned from a 6 night stay and we are still in awe at how amazing this property is. They literally thought of everything you could possibly need (and even things you didn't know you needed) and had it available in the home. We were greeted by dolphins one morning right under the dock, and found a ton of sand dollars when we went to the beach that was a short stroll away. There is not one negative thing to say about this home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and there are more outdoor activities onsite than we had time to do during our stay. I would stay here every time we visit the area. The home and hosts are amazing!

Amazing stay on the water

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay for my bestfriends relaxing birthday and bachelorette trip weekend! Right when we walked in we were blown away with how clean, pretty, and we’ll stocked it was. The hosts did an amazing job with every detail by providing beach chairs, wagons, coolers, toiletries, paddle boards, to-go coffee cups, c-cups/nespresso pods, everything we could possibly need in the kitchen, even a board that we used for charcuterie and so much more. The beds, towels, couch and outdoor seating were so comfortable. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, laying out on the amazing sun chairs, and spending time by the water. The location is perfect on the water and just a short walk to the beach! The hosts also provided so many great recommendations of things to do in the area. They communicated quickly and were so accommodating! I cannot recommend this location enough and I will definitely be going back.

Where do I begin?? This place was amazing 10/10. It had all we needed plus some. My kids enjoyed all the amenities. Paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, bicycles and more. We were even able to park our boat on their dock. We have traveled A LOT and stayed in many places; I have to say that this home is by far the best. The pictures you see does not compare to what you actually get because it's so beautiful & clean. The comfy beds and pillows, even the sofa bed was comfortable. The sunrise in the morning with a cup of Nespresso (which they provide in your unit) and the convenience of just getting onto your boat for a day of sea was a plus plus.. Thank you guys, we enjoyed every minute of it. :)

My husband and I are Midwesterners that fell in love with Indian Rocks Beach while visiting good friends in the area. Growing up in a rural Indiana town with a population of 5,000 we value a tight knit community with friendly neighbors. IRB is a wonderful beach community with a small town feel yet all the amenities you'd expect from a large city nearby. For many years we've enjoyed staying at short-term rental properties. As a family-owned and operated short term rental we pride ourselves on providing our guests with stays that we'd expect as a traveler. We enjoy sharing our favorite local restaurants and activities with our guests and hope you with fall in love with the local area too!

Indian Rocks Beach has a small town feel with beautiful sugar sand beaches and fabulous shops and restaurants within walking distance. All the modern amenitie of a big city are close by but you never have to leave IRB while on your vacation if you don't want to.

Many of the properties in Indian Rocks Beach have not been touched in years and look like their decor came straight from Golden Girls. We feel like you shouldn't have to sacrifice on decor when visiting a small beach town. Our goal when renovating our properties was to bring modern aesthetic to an already beautiful background created by nature. My family and I love staying in short-term rentals while on vacation and look for unique properties that are both modern and comfortable. We strive for our guests to share this vibe while enjoying their vacation.
