We had a great weekend and the house fit our group perfectly with an excellent game area where the kids loved hanging out! Easy to get to Leavenworth but nice to be outside the hustle and bustle of town.

Overall we were pleased with the house accommodations. The only negative things we would say is the area was not the most inviting neighborhood. There is no cell service And the 8’ o’clock quiet time was off putting. We respected the rules, but would rather stay in an area where we could enjoy outside gathering with friends and family and not feel like our kids laughter would have us kicked out.

The house was clean and fairly spacious. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub and game room were nice amenities. Decor is a bit tired/ dated. Noise from the highway is quite apparent outside the house. Kitchen is well stocked with the notable exception of dish towels (there were none) and salt. The 8 pm outdoor quiet time was a bit of a bummer, given the hot tub and the nice outdoor sitting area & gas fire pit. We felt nervous about sitting outside and talking in the evening, given the numerous signs and warnings in our checkin email about the noise policy. We were a group of families and wouldn’t have been loud or obnoxious, but it was unclear how much sound would be considered too much.

This house was perfect for our large family. The picturesque landscape was beautiful with the snow covered tree tops. Close enough to Leavenworth to enjoy the shops.

Great for larger groups.

15 of my family members were able to stay for a few days in this beautiful house. It is close to Leavenworth, but far enough away from the congestion of Leavenworth during Christmas time.

Great family getaway

Property was exceptionally clean. Hot tub was sparkling and we all enjoyed it thoroughly! It snowed >10” one day we were there so we really got to enjoy the covered patio and fire place while the kids made the biggest snowman I’ve ever seen. Great house, great weekend!

The house was beautiful. Our family of 16 stayed when our son got married in Leavenworth. We loved the location, the design of the house (set up on 3 floors with bedrooms on each to separate people a little), and the backyard/patio was awesome! The house was very clean and full of everything you need for cooking. We were missing some towels upon arrival which was immediately remedied. Would stay again!!

Family Reunion by Leavenworth, WA

This house actually looks better in person then the pictures show. Beautiful home that was clean and well kept. Easy drive to Leavenworth or Wenatchee to goof around. We used this for a family get together and had a wonderful time. Some of our favorite things about this property were the three levels of living (made it easier to get more privacy), the amazing appliances in the kitchen, and the fun games available.

House is as pictured. Very clean. There were multiple areas for our family to gather and for others to have some space to themselves. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances, dishes, and utensils. Communication with the host was challenging. It started off a bit rough as we were informed in the “welcome” messages that there is a strict 8pm noise ordinance for outside and that if we were heard we would be immediately kicked out of the house in the middle of the night. This was a bit disconcerting and did not feel very welcoming. This was not noted in the property description and when we arrived at the house there were signs inside the house saying the noise ordinance started at 10 pm, not 8 pm. The beds were very uncomfortable (firm) and the towels are very thin and threadbare. Only 6 hot tub towels were provided for a house that sleeps many more. There were no kitchen towels provided or found anywhere in the house. When I contacted the host he said to look in the kitchen drawers, which we had already done. We made do and bought more paper towels. Overall, im not sure that we would choose to stay at this house again. It is definitely clean, beautiful, and well laid out, but the communication and amenities beyond the architecture make me question whether it was worth what we paid.

Nice house, poor neighborhood

The home was absolutely beautiful especially kitchen and play room downstairs. Check in process was great on the home was clean and well advertised. The only downfall to this home is the location. There were several broken down cars and a trailer across the street in an open lot. There were a few people that were outside "working" on the cars all night.

Beautiful property, but big inconveniences.

First off, the property is perfect for a big family of all ages like we had! Big back yard, jacuzzi, multiple living rooms, large laundry room, multiple bathrooms, lots of space, many beds, & the play rooms were great with ping pong, an arcade game, & pool table. The house/property itself was beautiful but the issues we had were incredibly inconvenient! I am not a complainer but this was an important trip for us, my mom has cancer & we wanted a nice trip!We only spent 3 nights & the first 2 nights we had NO hot water! It was February, so it was very cold & snowy. We were a group of 15 which included 3 kids & 2 toddlers. We had to heat water on the stove for them to bathe which took hours! Only to find out that on the 2nd day the heater was broken & needed to be replaced. Which kudos bcuz they changed that day! The property has no cellular service. So you need to heavily rely on the wifi! Our wifi kept going down. It probably went down like 5 times during our stay. There is no way to reboot wifi in the house so the property manger needs to be contacted, which is hard with no wifi. Luckily, there is a land line. At the end of the stay they only refunded us 200. I know these inconveniences were out of their hands, but it really put a big dent in our short yet very important family trip. We payed almost 3k for the 3 nights and think that we should have gotten a little more back, with what we experienced.
