Experience a relaxing retreat right in the city with this spacious rustic cabin, perfect for the whole family! Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck or dinner under the stars in the backyard. With plenty of room for everyone, this cabin features:

* Main Level: Two bedrooms with King beds, a full bathroom, and a dining area. The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, a workspace with a desk, a cozy sitting area with a river view, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace.

* Upstairs Loft: A small apartment-style space with a queen-sized bed, crib, bathroom, and kitchenette.

* Finished Basement: Includes a bathroom with a shower, a small kitchenette, two twin-sized bunk beds, a queen-sized sofa sleeper, a smart TV, and plenty of seating with games for everyone.

You’ll have full access to the cabin, private deck, and parking area.

* Location: Nestled just outside the city, this cabin offers the perfect blend of urban access and secluded charm. You’re close to downtown attractions, parks, a kayak launch, disc golf, a golf course, and a zipline—all within walking distance. A short drive or ride will take you to shops, eateries, and more.

* Additional Notes:
- Please note that there is currently no AC available. We're actively working on getting it fixed :) portable AC units and fans have been placed throughout the unit to help keep the space cool and comfortable during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!
- The fireplace in the bedroom is for aesthetics only and is not operational.
- The property includes four separate sleeping spaces, but the loft bed and basement bunk beds are not enclosed.
- Bunk beds are standard twin size, suitable for smaller adults or children.

* Important Information:
- For your peace of mind, we’ve got you covered with Safely’s damage insurance! For just $10 per night, you’ll receive extra protection throughout your stay, ensuring a worry-free experience for both you and the property.
- To complete your booking, all guests must sign a rental agreement.
- Rentals exceeding 30 days require a signed residential lease.
- Please respect the neighbors: no loud music or late-night parties.
- No shoes or smoking inside the house.
- Do not tamper with devices, internet, or exterior cameras.
- Events or outside guests require prior host approval and may incur additional charges.
- A per-night charge applies for extra guests due to additional wear and tear and cleaning.
- Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended.
- Turn off lights, fans, and the fireplace when not in use and before departure.
- Notify the host if the property is damaged or requires special cleanup.

* Hot Tub Information & Rules:
- Usage Hours: 8 am - 10 pm.
- Health Advisory: Pregnant women, individuals with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, or the elderly should consult a doctor before use. Children should be supervised if using the hot tub.
* Safety Measures:
- The hot tub is set to 100°F (maximum legal temperature is 104°F).
- Recommended maximum use time is 15 minutes.
- No alcohol or drugs while using the hot tub.
- Rinse swimsuits before use; avoid laundry detergent which can affect water pH.
- Do not remove the chlorine device; it maintains safe water pH levels.
* Maintenance:
- Use shock treatment after each use.
- Any soaps, bath products, food, or alcohol found in the tub will incur a $100 cleaning fee.
- No glass around the hot tub; a $200 fee applies for cleaning and removing broken glass.
- Keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use.
- White particles in the water are normal and are due to bromide sanitizing.

* Liability:
- Guests agree to indemnify and hold the host and/or owner harmless from any claims, damages, or losses related to the use of the hot tub, including injury or property damage.
