Plan your ultimate Palm Springs getaway to this stylish recently updated 1650 sq. ft., 3-bedroom, 2 bath retreat, centrally located next to Tahquitz Creek Golf Course, just a short drive to the trendy restaurants and museums of downtown Palm Springs or shopping sprees on glamorous El Paseo.

Start the morning off by enjoying a warm cup of coffee in the beautifully furnished living room while checking the weather forecast on the 65” QLED TV as you plan a day trip to nearby Joshua Tree National Park or find tickets to live music or theater performances. The living room boasts 10' tall ceilings, a gorgeous gas fireplace, and is filled with natural light.

Prepare yourself a hearty breakfast in the professionally equipped gourmet kitchen before heading out the door to explore some of the fantastic community amenities including 3 pools and hot tub with mountain views, a quick match of tennis or pickleball, or enjoy a fresh picked grapefruit or glass of lemonade made from the many citrus trees on the property.

After a day of hiking 1 of the many trails close by or exploring all the desert cities have to offer, enjoy cocktails and a sunset dinner with friends and family on the furnished back patio with outdoor firepit.

This adobe style single story condo is a standout with its contemporary color palette, beautiful high-end furnishings, newly renovated kitchen and unique artwork. It features three sliding doors which open out to inviting patio spaces. It also has an attached single car garage with laundry and a carport leading to exceptional double iron and glass doors.

Each of the 2 main bedrooms are outfitted with cloud-like mattresses, decorative throw pillows, and all of the cozy linen essentials you’ll need! The master bedroom occupants will also enjoy a luxurious en-suite bathroom with walk-in rain shower and adjustable king size bed.

The third bedroom is a home office with an adjustable height desk that can also be used as an extra bedroom with a trundle sofa that converts into two twin beds providing flexibility for the kids or extra guests.

Jerry our host was great, he would answer my questions immediately, we loved the place, very well equipped, close to everything, grocery stores very near, heated pool and hot tub. I would recommend this place.

Casa Perfecto

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. This property had eye appeal from the outside entrance to the clean, comfortable, spacious interior, right out to the lovely backyard. The kitchen was fantastic both in its fabulous cooking facility and counterspace, but also all the amenities in cookware, small appliances and even spices. When our family was there we could all be in the kitchen and not get in each other's way. A large dining table was very welcoming. The backyard also had a table with seating for 8, a gas BBQ, comfortable upholstered furniture (around a gas firepit), for lounging in privacy if you didn't feel like heading over to one of the communal pools (nicely heated). Another feature of the backyard was the fruit trees. Picking grapefruit and making lemonade from lemons we picked was a highlight for us and our guests. When we had questions for our hosts we got a prompt reply. When I had concerns about our grandkids eating at the beautiful glass table without protective placemats, one of our hosts promptly went out and got enough placemats for indoors and outdoors plus plastic tableware for outside, extra fun pool towels for the kids, plus Super Soakers for the kids to play with at the pool. We were beyond impressed. The property is in a safe, gated community, yet not far from shopping and attractions. We were only 10 minutes from the airport, which came in handy, when our flight was canceled, and we were able to return for one extra night in paradise!

I was raised in Michigan but have lived all over the country, as has my spouse. We are now going to split our time between Palm Springs and South Haven, Michigan. We enjoy the water, hikes and the great open spaces of the desert.

We enjoy the tranquil residential nature of this neighborhood tucked away from the noise and energy of more commercial areas of Palm Springs.

One of the things we think will separate our place from many of the others rental options available is that we actually live in Paseo Bonito. The difference there is that it is better equipped, here you will find many of the small details that make a place a home. In addition to that the artwork is personally curated, you won't find mass production art hanging on the walls.
