We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Great stay in Huntington Beach

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this property. It's very clean, quiet, and comfortable - easy to feel right at home. I also felt very safe during my entire stay. I was a bit confused by the listing details - it seems the listing got updated in between the time I booked and when I arrived. At the time of booking, the listing was accurate to the unit I stayed in, but it has since been updated and the listing now shows different photos (looks like perhaps photos from the main house are now included?), as well as inaccurate specs (# of bedrooms and bathrooms). This caused a bit of panic for me as I thought I booked the wrong property when I checked back to view my trip details closer to my trip and the listing had been changed. Separately, it would be nice if the hot tub could be used past 9 pm - while this rule is listed clearly in the listing details, realistically when you're traveling and busy throughout the day, only being able to use the hot tub until 9 pm was a bit inconvenient and made it difficult to actually be able to use the hot tub. Lastly, I understand the need for security cameras but I wasn't the biggest fan of the outdoor camera that faced the hot tub area directly. While I enjoyed my stay, I'm not sure if I would book this property again because I prefer a bit more privacy and a property that you truly have 100% to yourself.

Wonderful safe house in a great location

We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The hot tub was perfect after a long day at Disneyland. Finding the front entrance took a little time but communcation was great with the owners. Felt very safe and a great location.

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was easy going and welcoming. Communication with host was quick and responsive. We came for a race and were very happy the host worked with us on a later checkout. The hot tub really made the trip that little bit extra.
