Bländande 5 sovrum pool Hem 1/4 mile till Disney

Fantastisk och mycket uppgraderad pool hem perfekt för 3 familjer. Tre master sviter: två cal king sängar med ensuites och ett med en queen size-säng. Två barnrum med både fulla fulla våningssängar plus två vardagsrum.

Delvis öppet koncept kök med matplats och vardagsrum. Köket har anpassat panelskåp, uppgraderad maskinvara, granitbänkskivor och rostfria vitvaror: spis / ugn, kylskåp, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Matsalen har plats för 10 plus fyra extra platser i marmorbänken. Hemmet har uppgraderat matta i två av master sviterna och anpassade laminatgolv i hela resten av hemmet.

Tre vackert uppgraderade badrum i hemmet. Två är ensuites och den andra ligger i korridoren delad av de två barnrummet och ett av de stora sovrummen. Badrummen har travertin och marmorgolv överallt. Skräddarsydd hiss, travertin / marmorplattor och anpassad mönstrad travertin / marmordusch.

Alla rum har 43 "plasma-TV med kabel-TV. Varje vardagsrum har 50 "TV. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har höghastighets trådlöst internet och gratis rikstäckande telefonservice.

Spelrummet ligger i garaget. Spel inkluderar pingis, air hockey, biljard och leksaker. Det finns också barnvagnar, barnstol, pack n 'play och booster seat tillgänglig för dina spädbarn och småbarn användning. Queen size luftmadrass. Full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Bakgård har en vacker pool, utomhus naturgas BBQ grill, uteplats set, och extra stolar.

Alla möbler, inredning nya från juli 2013. Trevlig kort promenad till Disneyland & Disneyland spårvagn. Hemmet har central luft och värme, titta på Disneyland fyrverkerier från back / front yards.

This property was a great location for our family vacation. We had 11 people in our group and this home was spacious for all of us to stay in comfortably. The house had great amenities. We had one small issue with a toilet, reported it and it was fixed within hours. Highly recommend this property especially for large groups.

Check in was easy. This home had a very nice kitchen. Our kids loved the pool! There were a lot of rules with Anaheim I had to agree to prior to the trip. We were very comfortable in the home. It is about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. We had a great vacation!

Front door house code-easy. Pool door access alarm complicated & confusing since the instructions didn't match what needed to be done. Had to call to get correct instructions. Plants around jacuzzi so overgrown not all of us could sit in it even though there was room. So much calcium build up on faucets, tea kettle, coffee maker & dishwasher. The back bedroom with 2 showers (bedroom 1) has several problems. The toilet ran on all the time-every few minutes. The left shower head didn't work at all & the right shower head was hard to change the spray selection (probably because of the calcium build up). Wi-Fi access was very good! The window in the garage game room was broken when we got there & we reported it to the property manager. We loved having 2 refrigerator/freezers! Pool pump start up time could be changed to be later than 5:30 AM. Residents use trash cans stored on street to prevent Disney guests from parking in the neighborhood.

Very clean and as advertised!

The VRBO was just as advertised. Clean and offered easy access to Disneyland. The walk to Disney is challenging, but I would recommend you drive and pay the parking fee of 35 and take the TRAM from the parking area. The VRBO is everything my family of 13 needed to make our Disney vacation "just as planned."

Perfect fit for our family

Great house layout for the group we had. Love that 3 out of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom. There was a toilet that kept and broken shower handle in one of the bathrooms but overall everything was great! My wife was a little concerned about the skunk family that scuddled through the backyard one evening, but no bad run-ins.

Perfect Disney Vacay

The home was just as described in a lovely quiet neighborhood. 15 min walk or quick 5 min UBER(11). Large bedrooms with en suites. Lovely heated pool, and backyard area. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome property for a large family.

The property was very close to Disneyland and neighborhood quiet. The rooms were large and there were 3 on suites. We were a family of 10 and had enough space for everyone that we weren’t on top of each other. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Washer and dryer was convenient since it rained a lot during our stay. We would book again in the future.

Overall it was a great place to stay

Overall we liked the place and it was a great location. The beds probably could be replaced soon and we couldnt get the light to work outside by the pool. Not enough of an inconvenience though to ruin our stay. I would definitely stay there again. It worked out well for our party size and the location was great, right next to Disney.

Amazing home!

We loved staying at this home! It was so perfect for our family of 6! The home was in such an ideal location, was so fun, had everything we needed, and was so clean and well thought out. We walked to and from Disneyland so easily! We even left Disneyland early to go back to the home to go swimming. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

It's an OK house

This home is an easy Uber/Lyft ride to Disney. Jaywalking across a busy street would shorten the walk to the tram, but with the tram down while we were there, we chose the ride. There are a lot of rules and fines in this home and they are posted everywhere. It feels punitive even if you don't break any of them. The spa does take a while to heat, but they say that upfront so we got into the habit of turning it on when we got home. I agree with other reviewers that there is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done in the house. The carpet in two of the bedrooms is quite dirty and worn. I don't know if every home in the area has this problem, but after boiling water in the glass tea pot, we could see a lot of stuff floating in the water and on the side of the glass, even though we used the water from the fridge dispenser. We assumed it was filtered. Perhaps the filter hasn't been replaced in a while. And the fixtures show corrosion like there is an issue with the water. One bathroom had blue painters tape around one shower fixture and it was non-functional and corroded. And they could use a few towel hooks or bars. One bathroom had none. The sheets were soft and comfortable. A nice touch would be to have a blanket in each room rather than in the back of one bedroom closet since we didn't find them until our second night and we all slept cold because of the cold January nights. We were afraid to mess with the heat for fear of being fined if we got it wrong.

Awesome house!

We had 5 adults and 4 kids under 16, and there was plenty of space for everyone. There were actually 4 bathrooms, not 3, so that was a very pleasant surprise too. We knew we would be walking all day at Disney, so we just Ubered to and from the park. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We would definitely stay here again!

Disney vacation with family

Some really minor issues, but overall a really nice house, within easy walking distance of Disneyland and California Adventure parks. Five rooms, all with comfy beds, and plenty of room for my group of 6, easily room for more. Complete with heated pool and hot tub for easing rhe bones after a lot of walking. :)

Great home for a big group!

Overall great place we definitely had some problems while we were there but the management company got right on it. It was very inconvenient because there was no hot water and couldn’t heat the hot tub but they took care of us. I def thought it was closer to Disney than it was. It’s good to know it’s very close to the back side of the parks so it still was a 7min uber ride.

Family Trip To Disney

We stayed here with several generations of our family for a family trip to Disney. It was a wonderful trip, the house accommodated our large group well. It was a bit too far to walk to the park unless you are willing to jay walk (we were not) but is very close to the parking structures. The pool and hot tub were a big hit! Beds are comfortable.

Disappointed

It may have been updated but that was 20 years ago. There were too many deferred maintenance problems to list. Home needs a serious overhaul just to get it up to livable. So disappointed. Thank goodness we were there for disneyland and didn’t spend much time there
