-Like many beach homes in the area, this home does not have AC. Ceiling and portable fans provided.
-The entrance through this home is through the alley
-This home is on the same property as another Long-Term rental unit. The parking spaces are next to each other but other than that, no spaces are shared.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking.
