-With larger waves on occasion and rocks, Wind'N'Sea beach is not always the most family friendly for younger children. Luckily La Jolla Shores, with its picturesque white sand beaches, is just a 5 minute drive.

-This home, like many coastal homes in the neighborhood, does NOT have AC. Ceiling fans and open windows circulate the coastal breeze nicely

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There is parking available in the driveway for 2 standard vehicles. Additional parking is available on the street and in the alley. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
