We are minutes away from Indian Rock Beach, near many restaurants, shopping malls, Largo's Botanical Garden, and only 45 minutes from Busch Gardens Theme Park.
Within the community you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated pool; a game of shuffle board; community center with schedule activities during the week and special activities during the weekend such as bingo, pot lucks, karaoke night where you show off your singing talent. You can workout in the community fitness room or you can take a stroll by Seminole Lake.
The Home Ownerâs Association (HOA) in our community requires a background check on each guest. Must pass the background check to rent. There will be a fee(whether you pass or fail) for this service depending upon your country of origin.
Rental of this property is from the beginning of each month to the end of the month with no exceptions.

My husband John and I live in Northwestern PA. We are very active and we love to travel.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We choose Largo FL. because it is away from all the touristy things. We wanted a place where we can belong. I haven't meet a nicer group of people. We chose a 55+ community because we wanted a peaceful, relaxing vacation. It is close to everything you will ever need, yet it feels like you are miles away from it.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
There are many coaches (mobile homes) in the park. However, it is quiet. Our home is in the back of the park just steps away from beautiful Seminole Lake. If you are lucky, you will see a seaplane land on it a time or two!
