We are minutes away from Indian Rock Beach, near many restaurants, shopping malls, Largo's Botanical Garden, and only 45 minutes from Busch Gardens Theme Park.
Within the community you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated pool; a game of shuffle board; community center with schedule activities during the week and special activities during the weekend such as bingo, pot lucks, karaoke night where you show off your singing talent. You can workout in the community fitness room or you can take a stroll by Seminole Lake.
The Home Owner’s Association (HOA) in our community requires a background check on each guest. Must pass the background check to rent. There will be a fee(whether you pass or fail) for this service depending upon your country of origin.
Rental of this property is from the beginning of each month to the end of the month with no exceptions.

Fantastic

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this mobile. It is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Location is close to beach and to shopping areas. Residents were very friendly

Great place to stay

I stayed here for a little over 2 months. It was great, had everything that I needed. Community was very nice too.

We enjoyed our home away from home very much. Dawn was very quick to answer any questions. Very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking or beach. Comfortable beds Nice neighborhood. Hope to come back again for winter get away. Thanks so much.

Point West Mobile Home Park 55+

The Mobile Home is located in a 55+ Community, which is very sociable and we had a wonderful stay. Though it is located by the Lake Seminole and at the quiet end, you can still hear the traffic at night. The home was equipped with everything you need to cook and make a trip to the beach. Communication with the owners was perfect. We spend wonderful 30 days and enjoyed it very much

Varför värden valde detta boende

We choose Largo FL. because it is away from all the touristy things. We wanted a place where we can belong. I haven't meet a nicer group of people. We chose a 55+ community because we wanted a peaceful, relaxing vacation. It is close to everything you will ever need, yet it feels like you are miles away from it.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

There are many coaches (mobile homes) in the park. However, it is quiet. Our home is in the back of the park just steps away from beautiful Seminole Lake. If you are lucky, you will see a seaplane land on it a time or two!
