Detta stenhus byggdes för 45 år sedan på toppen av en kulle med utsikt över Texas Hill Country nära Dripping Springs. Huset ligger på en vacker sex tunnland fastighet bara några minuter från flera av de mest populära bröllopsplatserna i backen. I närheten finns också den berömda Hamilton Pool, Deep Eddy Vodka Distillery and tasting room, Austin Zoo och mycket mer!

Det fullt utrustade köket öppnar till det stora rummet och inkluderar ett rostfritt stål kylskåp, glasskiva och vattendispenser för omvänd osmos. Koppla av i det centralt belägna stora rummet med ett två våningar välvt tak, golv till tak sten spis och femtifem tum platt-TV. Den stora fönsterväggen ger fantastiskt naturligt solljus och vacker utsikt över bergen. Short trip in Hill Coutry

Great communication and house was just as described. Hot tub was sparkling clean and ready to go! The deer came and visited every day, usually 2 or 3 times. A great place and a gem!

Wedding weekend

We rented the house to attend weekend wedding. The house is clean and comfortable. Fairly easy to get to and close proximity to the venues that we needed to attend.

Not a good experience at all

We requested to check in early, no reply. We get to the properly and see there’s a house right in front of it and there was 2 individuals just staring while we got there (no privacy). First two nights you can hear people outside walking and talking. The house is very old and it smells old too. The cleaning deposit I’m not sure who cleans but they definitely just clean what can be seen because there was soo much spider web in the kitchen, under the sofa. The kitchen has no space for things if you decide to buy your own things to cook etc, thank god I brought my own pans and dishes because where they are stored is dirty too! Most of the cabinets were locked due to Im guessing personal belongings from whomever owns the home. I see now why full reimbursement isn’t an option Even if you cancel with time..for the price that was paid definitely not worth it. Atleast please have the cleaning be done properly especially if guests are paying for it.

Great Weekend Family Getaway

We had a lovely time at this country home. We especially enjoyed spending the evenings out by the firepit and even saw some deer! The house was very comfortable for my large family of 9 and had everything we needed to have a relaxing and stress free weekend.

Great place for a girls trip

Great house for a girls trip. We enjoyed the location and it was in a great spot for visiting all the activities we had planned for the weekend. The house is comfortable but their are not enough bathrooms for the amount of people that can stay in the house. The loft room upstairs sleeps five but their are no blinds or window coverings so that early morning sun makes it very bright and very warm in the morning. The upstairs also has a huge flood light that shines bright into the window. Overall a good place to stay but does need some updating.

Very disappointed! Home need repairs.

The home needs repairs. First impression was it smelled musty. We had no outside trash can until 3 days after we called about it. One of two toilets was leaking. The solution to it was to come in the house unannounced while we were out and shut the water off. This left the master toilet for 8 people! All the chairs around the fire pit are broken. Master bath outlet and light/exhaust fan did not work. Several kitchen cabinets locked no place to put food! There were no blinds or curtains on the upstairs loft that had 5 beds. One bright spot is we saw deer in the back yard. We went to two rental properties that others in our group rented. The were so much nicer!

Family friendly and oh so peaceful!

The kiddos loved having the upstairs as their own. We had 3 deer that showed up several times in the backyard. I watched the sunrise from the hot tub and it was gorgeous. Great for our group of 9. The kids loved the 2 cats that roamed around outside so much! Thanks for sharing your home with us. Karen

Baseball in Dripping Sorings

Nice property, close to town. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, wet towels in the washer, hair in the sheets in the upstairs bunk, sand in the bed in the downstairs guest room. Outside patio is very nice and comfortable.

Country house.

The house was chosen for location as it was very close to our venue in Dripping Springs. There was plenty of room and well stocked. Communication was great and check in very easy. Perhaps a few updates to linens and adding coffee would be great. Also there looks to be mold on the ceiling in the living room. Unfortunately a scorpion jumped out of one of the bath towels when it was unfolded. Luckily it was squished and no one was stung. Overall a good experience.

Wedding Week

This house was rented for the groom and his groomsmen. It had plenty of beds and a comfortable living area and kitchen. It worked out very well for the time they spent there. The only disappointment was the inability to use the hot tub. It was only half full of water and it was not hot. On the last day of the visit, it was being filled with a hose.

Great Place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The location was great, they had all the necessities one would need. Seeing the deer in the mornings was a treat. The neighbors right across, in front of the house were very quite (you can't tell from the pics but there are homes in front of the house so its not exactly on a big piece of property, or secluded like one could think). It was very peaceful. I would stay again for sure! Great home.
