The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, oven, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender and more. The family room has views of the majestic Koʻolau Mountains, seating six at the dining table. Each bedroom has natural light, wooden blinds, spacious rooms and split a/c for comfort. The house has a new large Samsung washer and dryer. All utilities are included along with fast WiFi for remote workers.
Outside
Outside, the property is surrounded by a large coral wall bordered by tropical foliage. The front and middle lawns host coconut, banana and papaya fruit trees as well as flowering gardenias, plumeria, hibiscus, heliconia and ginger. Enjoy views of the majestic Koʻolau Mountains while playing basketball inside the property walls. The house comes with a BBQ, firepit and lounge chairs to relax into the evening. Beach chairs and body boards are also provided to enjoy the Hawaii weather and lifestyle. A lockable, covered storage area is available for guests that are bringing their own surfboards, golf clubs and other valuable items.
