Getting around the neighborhood is pretty straightforward. Within a 10-minute ride you can access everything you need from Walmart Super center, Publix, Restaurants, gas stations, Advent Health Outpatient, and the ever-popular Walt Disney and Universal Studios Orlando.

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Please keep in mind that any excessive noise can result in a call to the sheriff's office.

No pets without prior consent of the owner.

No smoking permitted. There will be a fine for this.

Keep all doors closed to prevent bugs from coming in and to conserve energy.

In line with our commitment to maintaining the quality and condition of our property, we kindly request a refundable security deposit of $500. This is standard practice to safeguard against any unforeseen damage during your stay. This deposit is a security measure and will be fully refunded to you immediately after your check out, provided there are no damages or additional charges incurred during your stay. It can take approximately 15 days to reflect in your bank. You will receive a 30 day reminder regarding this request so these funds will need to be made before check in.

Please keep an eye out for this request. Rest assured that the deposit will be returned to you promptly after your departure if there are no issues with the property.

Exciting news – we've recently installed new slip grip guards in both the guest bathroom bathtub and the master bathroom shower! This means added protection for everyone using them. So go ahead, relax, and enjoy your shower or bath worry-free!

New addition: We’ve have just spruce up our pool area with brand new lounge seating! Get ready to bask in the warmth of the sun and dive into ultimate relaxation mode.

Checkout instructions:

Gather used towels: Put all dirty towels, and wash cloths on the floor in a corner of the master bathroom.

Leave linens on bed.

Throw trash away: Take out all trash. You can place your trash bags in the large beige bin on the side of the house.

Set thermostat to 76 degrees in summer and 72 degree in the winter months.

Turn things off: Turn off all lights except switches labeled "Don't Turn Off" and appliances (such as stove, unplug clothes iron, kettle and Kureg).

Close and lock all doors and windows.

Please follow instructions in house manual on locking the front door. Further information will be provided prior to check in.
