Central 2b/2b with private game room, with pool and COLD spa ONLY. No pool heating, No Hot tub at the moment.
The house is set on the Disney area of Orlando. 8 minutes away from Disney World and 15 minutes away from Island of Adventures and Universal Studios. The house yard are completely fenced. Get ready experience a mini oasis in a tranquil neighborhood for family stays where you have plenty of room for everyone. This corner lot home in a fantastic location just minutes from theme parks, entertainment, restaurants, shopping and easy access to major highways. With its rich green lawn and large front window our home immediately feels as welcoming as its bright sunshine colors. That impression continues as you step through the home’s door to the family room. A magnificent chandelier, chosen to highlight the Spanish Revival-style architecture, hangs overhead in the vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is open to the family and dining room, its wooden cabinetry and marble countertops too beautiful to be hidden away. Whether you’re cooking lunch for a crowd or dinner for two, this area has been designed for entertaining. A below-counter microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with built in Bluetooth speaker for music, coffee and tea station and plenty of storage space.
From the dining room you can access the covered lanai and lovely pool with spa. Enjoy your evenings grilling by the pool and relaxing to a beautiful sunset. Outside the covered pool, walk to the nature of the large paver patio and enjoy the view of flowers sitting in the comfortable chairs at the patio table.
Back inside, the Master bedroom has a large colonial window as well as the living room with nice view of the pool area. There are two full bathrooms in the house. Last but not least, our game room is prepared with a variety of activities for you and your family to enjoy, from the little ones to the bigger ones.

Perfect getaway to enjoy theme parks

The property was close to everything needed....Universal, SeaWorld, Publix, shopping and Walmart for any last minute items. The home was perfect size for a family of 4-5 people with all kitchen and bath items provided.

It was a nice little house. I would liked to have updated cookware kinda looked old and dingy. Good people to work with. They promised to have a grill when I arrived but found out the old one broke. They had one shipped in with a tank. But the tank wasn’t filled so couldn’t use the grill. Overall it was ok place to stay. Just keep up with cleaning the house. It wasn’t dirty but you can tell cleaning crew could do a better job!!!

Nice place

Great location for where we needed to be everyday. House was nice. Only complaint was the sticky floor ( whatever the cleaning people use I don't think they use enough water with the solution) and the bottom of the stove wasn't cleaned inside. I would definitely stay again if needed.

Even Better Than Before

We have stayed at this house a number of times and have always enjoyed the house. Since our last trip here some new tiles replaced the previous carpeting and are a really nice upgrade! The property was very clean and is always well appointed. It’s a comfortable house, easy to get to, and the neighbors are very nice and friendly. This house has more plants than any other rentals I have done in Indian Wells and they add a really nice touch to finish things off. Always a pleasure to be here and we will be back again soon!

Close to everything

We had an amazing two-night stay at this charming Vrbo property! The location was perfect, just a short drive from Disney, making it so convenient for our theme park adventures. The home was beautifully decorated with lovely Southern charm, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, offering a much-needed retreat after busy days at the parks. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the cozy and relaxing spaces. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and charming place to stay.

The location of this home was definitely the highlight, very convenient and close to the theme parks, grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The pool was also a nice feature and enjoyable for our family. The washer and dryer was also a plus. That said, there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable. Upon arrival, we noticed the front room lights were flickering on and off, which was a bit unsettling. The home also had an unpleasant odor, which seemed to be masked by several plug in air fresheners. The primary bedroom linens were unfortunately not clean. One of the pillows had a strong smell of urine, and we ended up buying our own pillows from Walmart. Being a pet-friendly home, there was also a lingering pet smell in the room. On top of that, there were ants throughout the house. Which we assumed was just a Florida thing so it didn’t bother us until we later found ants had gotten into one of our suitcases after we unpacked at home. Despite all this, we were out most of the day during our stay, so we didn’t spend too much time in the house for the cons to really inconvenience us just made the settling down for the night uncomfortable. The property has a lot of potential with its location and layout, but it could really benefit from a more thorough cleaning and maintenance routine.

TERRIBLE!!! Filthy, outdated, overpriced, and awful host!!

Where do I begin? If I could give this home/host a lower rating I absolutely would! On the day that we arrived we had to wait at the property for over 30 minutes to get the keypad code to the front door and upon our arrival we were met with three overflowing disgusting trash bins outside in the Florida heat from previous guests that were never emptied. The inside of the home is very outdated and not well kept. The longer we stayed the worse it got! After traveling all day we decided to take showers for the night and try to get some sleep. However, there was absolutely no hot water and when I brought this to the hosts attention, she informed me that there was a natural gas outage in the area, which turned out to be a complete lie. In fact the next morning, when I reached out about the water issue, she informed us that they had been there to reconnect the natural gas, but we missed the appointment that we were never informed of and honestly shouldn’t have been required to do. This is also when she informed us that the natural gas had been disconnected because she failed to pay the bill and that we would need to stay there for the rest of the day so the gas company could come back to turn the meter on. Due to a national convention being held in the area we were unable to find anywhere else to stay otherwise we would have left. The host gave us a small portion of our money back, but the money returned was definitely not worth the hassle or the price! Rent at your own risk!!!

Can't Go Wrong

This is a very nice property, and a unique design for a house in the Indian Wells development. I have stayed in houses in Indian Wells for thirty years, and this home felt the most like a real home. There were simply a number of small touches that were really nice and made it feel very comfortable and welcoming.

Perfect getaway for our large family

My family of 8 stayed here with our 2 dogs right after Hurricane Milton. I didn't have high expectations as a hurricane just hit, but the home was clean and ready for us. My kids were very excited about the home, especially the large pool and the "smart" refrigerator where they could watch YouTube and have dance parties together in the kitchen. The games in the garage were also a big hit with the kids as they loved playing pool and darts especially. The outside was my favorite part with the fruit trees, screened in patio, lots of seating, porch swing, and pool. It felt very relaxing and exactly what we wanted to come back to every day after visiting Disney World. The Disney Parks were close by and it was also very nice having a Walmart 3 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

MisAdvertised

The house did not give you homey vibes. We booked our Vacation in July with the house being listed that it had a heated pool and spa. The only reason we booked this place was because of the private pool and spa. To only discover when we got there that the Spa wasn't working, and the listing was changed to say it was a "COLD SPA ONLY". Needless to say, we did not get to enjoy the pool or spa at all during our stay. The Host will not respond back to me and has even ghosted VRBO. Yes, a complaint has been reported, and we are seeking some form of credit for the inconvenience.

We came to stay here for a holiday vacation. Within seconds of arriving you will notice the smell of dog urine, and spots on the rug. If you continue to walk around you will notice spots on the furniture. When you go outside to see your pool and “hot tub” it will be cold. Within minutes of being there we called and asked for a refund. We were told we would only receive, 50% back. We took the offer and left.She said it said in the description that the pool and tub wasn’t working,however I believe the description was changed since our original booking. Don’t book here, do yourself a favor and use someone else to book.The pictures on the add, and the real thing are VERY DIFFERENT.

House was adequate. Showed up to piles of trash & green pool.

When i arrived, trash was piled up at the street and the pool was green. It was 85 degrees in Nov. In the check in instructions-it sounds like chores are expected asap. States pull trash and recycles to road on X day. As the person checking in, does that mean night prior? Early morning? as soon as i arrive? This seems like a task a neighbor should be doing regularly. It was embarrassing to have that much trash piled by the street when the rest of the hood didn't. If you pay a lawn person, pool person, house keeper-pay someone ELSE to roll trash on proper days, not guests. They did send someone to take care of the pool-which meant someone was coming over, in our space for about an hour, to do the pool-and it felt awkward-like I couldn't enjoy the yard for havin to wait on the pool guy-which didn't clear up until 4 days later. The house was adequate but I wouldn't stay again due to these inconveniences.

Really not worth the money

There are a few upsides to this property, the location is so close to everything that's part of what made this place attractive. The fenced in backyard is a plus along with a unheated pool and a nice paved patio and some outdoor furniture to enjoy the Florida weather. Some of the plants are struggling but its winter so that's a non issue. The owner was very responsive as well. The real problems start with the carpet that is covered in pet stains. I realize that this is a pet friendly home but it was gross that the carpet looks like it has never been cleaned, it needs to be removed. The vents are covered in mold or dirt or I don't know, the shower floor had mildew and the lock to the back door won't lock so the only thing keeping it "closed" is the bar to prevent children from getting out but its broken as well and will still let the door open about 6-7 inches. The neighbor stopped be and asked me move the trash cans off the street. One of them isn't approved by the trash company and has been sitting full for weeks apparently. This property does have a lot of potential with a little work but we couldn't do it and left early. It ultimately wasn't worth staying here, which is unfortunate given its location.

Peaceful OASIS in heart of Orlando Chaos!

Truly a serene oasis 15 minutes to everything Orlando! Many thanks to Sulay, the absolutely fastest response from a VRBO host we've ever encountered. (Still waiting for 3 hosts who never responded from Jan. ha!). Pool/spa nice, clean and hot, as advertised. Hard to find house fully fenced in..very private, beautiful plants and patio (my dog loved it too). Cozy alcove by pool perfect for snowbirds to get away from chilly winds and lay in sun. Split floor plan for guests with kids (yay). Great showers. Safe nice neighborhood. Yummy food nearby. Cool pool table/garage games. Never saw ONE bug inside! House smells fresh too. Nice appliances..loved the coffee/tea station. Wish list: king size master bed & TVs in all rooms. Although furniture lovely and elegant, those with kids would want more seating/plastic cups/tv and gaming in their room. Hanging hooks or pool drying rack would be great too as well as another layout chair. Need lamps in living area. Sulay is very nice host, considerate and welcoming! Overall wonderful place to get away from the chaos of the day and enjoy quiet fun family time or romantic trip for two :D

Dont pay the price for this house

we stayed in this house with our family. The main line of the advertisement states that they have a heated pool. Then suddenly the pool was cleaned. Later the owner indicated that we should have told him immediately if we wanted to use the heated pool. You advertise a heated pool but then don't turn it on. If you were to turn it on, it would take a few days for the pool to warm up. The condition of the house is poor. The shower drain in the master bedroom is seriously sagging and is full of mold. A socket is hanging loose in the children's room and the interior makes an unkempt impression overall. The photos on the page are better and more beautiful than reality. A very nice location in this area, but it is absolutely not worth the price that is currently being asked for it. Our assistance dog was with us, but it had been charged anyway and that money still has to be returned because no money can be charged for an assistance dog.
