The house was very clean and had ample space for our large group. The kids enjoyed the mini golf area in the back yard. Hosts were friendly and very responsive to any inquiries.

A great place for big family vacation.

Excellent for families. Has everything for comfort and fun. Near every need. Good kitchen and laundry room, TVs, internet, Gorgeous beaches a short drive away, walks in nature preserves … and nearby supermarket. Easy one floor living.

A Place for Family

A few of my family members and I needed a big enough place to stay for my brothers wedding. There were about 14 of us and the property was a perfect size to house all of us at the same time. It was a short stay but the hosts checked up on us constantly and responded very quickly. Would recommend this property to any large families, this place had more than enough room and sleeping arrangements! Would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely place

Had a great time enjoyed seeing friends and family. It was spacious and roomy for all of us, place was clean and accurate to the pictures. Sitting outside was nice after a long day of activities. Host was nice and sweet. Thank you so much.

Clean and roomy close to IMG

We were there for a soccer showcase so convenience to IMG was great. Very spacious and well equipped. Very clean. Host was very responsive including allowing a later check out due to game schedule on our last day. Highly recommend.

The house is very, very cute, warm and clean. Upgrade, needs more pots and pans being that is a house for a big crowd and only 3 pots doesn’t cut it. Mislead on the “pool” online, it’s not a pool but a pond plus it was completely dry. You might want to change the wording. Some of the mattresses can be updated , you can feel the springs. Air mattress must have a leak not staying inflated. Otherwise we had a great time!

Lovely home

We loved this property. It has been completely remodeled and updated. Beds were comfy, with plenty of pillows. A big plus for me! Towels were fluffy and seemed like plenty of hot water for 6 adults. We cooked a few meals and found nearly everything we need. Could use a few more serving dishes and utensils but that was a very minor inconvenience. Ice and water from the fridge were a lovely amenity for us. The location was nice and central for all.the beaches we wantes to visit. Grocery and drugstores were very conveniently located as well. Woyld definitely stay here again!!

I recently had the pleasure of hosting Mary in my Airbnb property, and I couldn't be more impressed. Mary was an absolute delight to host—communicative, respectful, and tidy throughout her stay. She treated my home with care and left it in immaculate condition upon departure. Additionally, Mary was punctual with all communication and followed all house rules diligently. I would highly recommend Mary as a guest to any Airbnb host, and I would welcome her back anytime. Thank you, Mary, for being such a wonderful guest!

Updated home! but not the best area!

We enjoyed the updated home on the inside, the backyard was not fenced and you didn’t have any privacy, especially with little kids could run off into the neighbors yard, the rooms felt hot even with the ac cranked to 70 and fans on high, the next door neighbors had about 10 cars in their yard and parked on the street which was not appealing to the eye almost makes you feel uncomfortable, the area is not the best to be honest, there’s not a decent grocery store nearby they have a target , but not a Publix near the area will have one soon! But not yet. Not the best area their closest grocery stores are not in good areas..also the stove two of the burners were not working. It’s an honest review! but we Loved the pool table and the rooms were very clean, and very comfortable

Thank you for your review. While I respect your opinion, I don’t agree with your assessment of the neighborhood. Bayshore Gardens is one of the safest areas in Bradenton (https://www.bayshoregardens.org/), and we’ve always felt very secure during our stays there. As for grocery options, there are both Target and Aldi nearby (ALDI, 5715 14th St W, Bradenton, FL 34207). The Publix is temporarily closed for renovations but will reopen in 2025. I wish you had reached out to us during your stay regarding the AC and stove, as we would have promptly addressed those concerns. Our yard is quite spacious and partially fenced; we apologize for not clearly stating in the listing that it is not fully enclosed but will update this moving forward. We truly appreciate your feedback and are always looking to improve. Thank you again! 🙏
