Our home also offers all new furnishing including new mattresses on every bed, 9 ceilings, crown molding, a fully stocked kitchen, in the common areas indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a seasonal Tiki Bar with delicious food and drink offerings, a building exclusive walkover to a wide open white sanded beaches, and much more!

Michael is only a phone call away for any questions or maintenance concerns. Come to relax on the beach or by the multiple pools.

Our Building and Condo is not a party destination. Loud noise, parties, or unruly behavior is not tolerated. The Property is highly maintained, upscale, and very strictly operated luxury vacation property. We invite you and your family and friends to leisure and relax to take in the beach, sun, nature, local venues, excellent pools and work out facility. Great Ocean Views and a Perfect Stay: A Week we'll never forget.

We just wrapped up an incredible 7-day stay at the very well decorated 4-bedroom condo at 501 Mar Vista Grande, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the condo felt like a home away from home. The beautiful, spacious condo was perfect for our multi-generational family trip, providing ample room for our daughters, husbands, and grandchildren to relax and enjoy 7 days together. The stunning ocean views from the condo added a special touch to our stay, and the cleanliness of the unit was impeccable. We appreciated the well-maintained amenities of the facility, which included everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The short walk to the OD Pavilion was a huge plus, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions. Overall, our week at 501 Mar Vista Grande was fantastic. Michael (The Owner) was easy to communicate with and contact if needed from booking through our stay. The combination of a beautiful condo, great location, and excellent amenities made it a memorable family vacation, we'll never forget. We can't wait to return!

We will definitely be back. Michael kept in touch with us Check in and check out couldn’t be easier. Condo was awesome. We spent more time than we wanted because Tropical storm Debbie decided to rain on us must of the week. Condo was very clean. Very spacious. My family and I have stayed at multiple locations over the last 27 years. This is by far our favorite.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family loved staying at the condo and resort. The facilities are well maintained and very clean.The amenities and choices of the pools, hot tubs and lazy river were immensely enjoyed by our family. The owner communicated all necessary instructions and kept in touch with you regarding your stay and satisfaction of the unit. He gave us restaurant recommendations which we really appreciated. The unit is clean, which is very important to us, and well stocked. They have updated many features which show they care about their renters. We loved the new patio furniture and enjoyed the views of the ocean and the city. I would definitely come back and recommend the rental. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

I highly recommend! The owner was very communicative beforehand, even recommending restaurants and answering questions about the beach service. The condo was very clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely book again.

Fantastic Condo

We had the best time in Myrtle Beach and this condo was great! Six adults and four kids stayed here. There was plenty of room and having three bathrooms was so nice! The gym, lazy river, indoor/outdoor pools and easy access to the beach were amazing. The location was great too! I would highly recommend staying here. Michael was very communicative and helpful too!

Definitely recommend!

We just left today after a 4 night stay at this wonderful condo. 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was nice to have with 6 adults and 3 kids. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Michael was top tier! Answered all my questions and responded quickly. The view was amazing from the patio. The short walk to the ocean/beach was the perfect distance. Rental of beach chairs and umbrella was right off the small bridge. We also enjoyed the private pools and hot tubs. Would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to vacation there again. Everyone was so nice at Mar Vista!

A wonderful getaway!

My friends and I stayed in this condo for the weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The four bedrooms provided more than enough space to accommodate our group of seven. Having three bathrooms was also great! The decor in this condo is so beautiful. The location is wonderful also! It’s right on the beach, and just minutes away from great restaurants and attractions. The host was awesome at sending information about the condo and was great to communicate with before and during our trip. My friends and I highly recommend this condo for a relaxing, fun getaway or vacation!

My name is Michael Sherard, my wife Nancy and I live in the SC upstate in Greenwood, South Carolina. Although we are relatively newlyweds (of just 5 years), we each spent many years of our youth vacationing in Myrtle Beach with our families and later purchased ocean homes. Once married, we agreed we wanted to find an ocean home that would truly be ours together. Our search took us from St. Simons Island, Georgia to the North Carolina coast and after much research and contemplation, we ultimately chose North Myrtle Beach, formerly known as Ocean Drive, the Shag (dance, not carpet) capital of the world. NMB checked all our boxes with just as much to offer as Myrtle Beach but in a more peaceful and private setting. We purchased Mar Vista unit 501 in January 2022.

I work part-time as a real estate broker and Nancy is a retired school principal. Since retiring Nancy has pursued her passion for home decorating. Her talents are second to none as I’m sure you will agree when you see unit 501. In addition to Nancy’s personal touches, you will find that all the furniture has been recently replaced, including beds and mattresses. We added a 65” picture frame smart TV in the great room and smart TVs in all bedrooms. The deck is perfect for entertaining as it is twice as large as most other units and boasts both ocean and city views. All the deck furniture is new, including a 4-seat bar top table great for dining or enjoying a glass of wine while gazing at the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

The exercise room offers a variety of modern fitness equipment and is just a hop, skip, and jump from our unit. We hope you will choose to stay in our ocean home on your next North Myrtle Beach vacation.

Varför värden valde detta boende

From our condo at 501 Mar Vista we are just minutes from several golf courses, dozens of fabulous restaurants and just about every type shopping you can imagine. If Putt Putt is your thing there are a dozen course within a couple miles of us. Costco and Sam's are in Myrtle Beach about 20 minutes away. We are walking distance to Main street, Ocean Drive which has lots of restaurants and Fat Harold's where the shag dancing goes on 7 days a week. The amenities at Mar Vista are 2nd to none which was another reason we chose N Myrtle Beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Having 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths makes us unique as most units are 3 and 2. The extra large covered deck with a view of the ocean and a city view is another plus for 501. By parking on the 4th floor and using the stairs you will come right out at our unit to save time on the elevators. Finally, we care about our unit and have spent a lot of time and money making it comfortable for our guests. Nancy owned a Condo at Hilton Head and I owned a home at Edisto Beach. So we both have years of experience renting our vacation homes so we know what renters need and desire for their vacation rental. We are both very happy to chat with you and answer any questions.
