Excellent location, just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach. Walked to dinner every night with choices on either side of us. Great size for our entire family and perfect location.

Greg was a communicative and welcoming host! We had to leave early because of a hurricane and he checked on us to make sure we were safely underway. Sun splash is a lovely house, well stocked with pantry items, cooking supplies, and relaxing spaces. A great vacation spot!

Sun splash was the perfect home and location for our annual girl’s trip! It is conveniently located across from the pool and two blocks from the beach. A short walk to both Rosemary and Alys beach made it easy to get to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to make a home cooked meal. We had one minor issue because of the amount of rain during our stay and both the owner and the property manager were very responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

Our stay was wonderful! Great location to pool and beach as well as restaurants! Amenities were as stated. We had ample space for our families 7 adults and 4 littles. We enjoyed all of the decks!

We had an excellent experience at Sunsplash. We traveled with a family group of 12, which included 6 children ages 9 and under. The space was more than adequate and the location was superb! The home is positioned at the front of the Seacrest community It is lovely, very comfortable, adequately stocked and sits close to the beach, pool, and restaurants. Walking everywhere was so easy! Greg was thorough in all communications and very prompt in answering my few questions. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay overall, with an amazing location and fantastic access to both the beach and pool. The home itself is a bit dated but was fairly clean. The owner was very responsive and even offered to have the cleaning crew return, which we really appreciated. While not everything is always within their control off-site, they did everything they could to make it right. We would definitely recommend this rental again—it’s hard to beat the location.

Great Time at Sunsplash

Our family had a beach great trip and enjoyed staying at Sunsplash. This house is very well located between beach and pool within the Seacrest community. Plenty of living room space, nice bedrooms and great balconies. Great week - would definitely recommend staying here!

Our Family Easter Vacation 2025

The property was just as the pictures posted! It was perfect for our family of 11. The location was excellent and very close to everything. Made staying very nice for us with little ones. I highly recommend this house. You will enjoy every single moment while there. We will definitely return !!!!

Great location. Easy access

Overall good experience. Easy access to pool, beach, and restaurants. House was not super clean, a towel left on porch from previous stay, there was a clogged sink upstairs, and random maintenance items like loose light switches / without screws, damaged interior door, etc.

Hi Kevin, sorry for the issues you mentioned. Unfortunately, the prior guests over Spring Break left the house a mess! That said, I’ve asked my cleaning service to be more diligent and my property manager to look for and repair any loose light switches, etc. As for the sink, my handyman said the stopper was just disconnected, so that was an easy fix (not clogged). This house was the PERFECT house and location for our annual family vacation!! So clean!! Nice owners!! House is very close to the pool so it was perfect to go back and forth for snacks and naps!! Definitely recommend! We will be back!!

Great for large parties and location is perfect!

This rental is perfect for large parties. We had 2 families staying in this property. This house is directly across from the pool and just minutes to the beach via the walkway. The property manager/owner is so responsive and easy to communicate with. The rental is located right between all the action in Rosemary and Alys Beach. Publix is a quick drive to grab essentials. We had a great stay! I would recommend this vacation rental and would return again.

Great location!!

This property was in the best location! Walking distance to Alys or Rosemary beach without the price tag. This house is near the entrance of the neighborhood. So it’s really close to the beach. It’s directly across from the pool. The kids pool is fantastic! There are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very easy to book and check in. Highly recommend.

Great location and great house

This was our second stay at Sunsplash. Owner is very communicative and responsive and the house is in a perfect location - just a few minutes walk to the beach and all that Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary have to offer. The house has very comfortable beds, a kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, and lovely porches for hanging out. We will be back.

Wonderful week in the Sunsplash!

House was in a perfect location- pool across the street, stores/restaurants a few minutes walk away & easy access to tram to get to the beach! We had a great time cooking in the kitchen, relaxing on the couch and utilizing the fun beach toys/chairs. I would definitely recommend staying at this house to other friends and would come back again! Thanks for letting us make memories in your home!

Best location in neighborhood and probably all of Seacreast

Sunsplash was a great house and the owners were awesome to work with. The house is the best location in the neighborhood with the beach and pool a stone throws away. We rented bikes and I think we went three days without getting into the car. So many restaurants, shops, coffee shops all near by. Literally right in the middle between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach we couldn't ask for more. House was clean and functional for multiple families vacationing and the kitchen had everything you could need. Oh yea and the beach and water perfect.

Enjoyed

We enjoyed the location to all things! Beach, pool, and eateries are all very walkable. Great recommendations in the binder. Layout was perfect and the rooftop patio was a nice hang in the evening! Upon arrival, we did have to wipe down counters and sweep. The kitchen must have been missed. Coffee on the front porch was peaceful. Siding could use a sweep with all the webs. Loved having laundry on site! Overall, we enjoyed!

It doesn’t get much better than this…

Sunsplash exceeded our expectations! To start off, the host provided all the info we needed, and was prompt in responding to any questions we had. The home was absolutely amazing! I won’t go room by room, but it was clean, beautifully decorated and we felt like we were at home. Enough space for two families to live comfortably. The pool was beautiful and the beach was a very short walk. There were lots of shops within walking distance and everyone was so polite. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. The host was great and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks!
