🛌 Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, desk and office chair, perfect for those who work from home. It has a ceiling fan, split system A/C and heating unit and closet.

🛌 Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and closet.

👩‍🍳 The kitchen is large, open and spacious and looks out onto the dining area and living room, perfect for entertaining. It comes with a gas range, fridge, toaster, microwave and dishwasher and also has a split system A/C and heating unit.

☕️ Keurig coffee machine and an initial supply of coffee pods, tea and sugar provided, too!

🧺 Washer and dryer (bring your own detergent) are on-site.

🌳 Perhaps the best part is the outdoors though! A dining table and chairs sit on one patio under a pergola, and out back there are couches where you can relax and watch some golf at a distance!

👥 Note there is a separate guesthouse on site, so outside areas are shared if it’s booked at the same time.

🅿️ Parking: There is a small half-driveway in front where you can park if not occupied; otherwise, street parking is free. There are usually two street spots right out front, too, but it does tend to get busy at night and on weekends.

Secluded get-away

Very nice, quiet space with all necessities and great kitchen! Great for our small family. Floors hold dirt and socks/feet were constantly dirty - but tolerable. Good friendly location & nice view.

Great Stay

Property was nice. There are steps leading down to the property that could be difficult for some, or for loading/unloading, but certainly do-able. Beds were very comfortable. The view is wonderful and it was not a noisy area. There are two units on the property, but the other unit was occupied by a very pleasant person and it is otherwise private. Had an issue with one of the mini splits but property manager responded very quickly and had someone on site to resolve promptly the next morning. Close to everything, it seemed. Parking could be challenging. Would certainly recommend. Enjoyed our stay.

Bring extra socks

My biggest complaint is the floors. The floors hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We had a new pair of socks on and the bottoms were black from walking from the bedroom to the living room. When I emailed the host when we were leaving all they said was thanks.

🏝️ 15 minutes from downtown San Diego, the beautiful Coronado Island and almost all of the best parts of the city. It’s also located right off the 805 freeway.

🌳 The neighborhood itself has a mix of young and old from a variety of backgrounds, many of whom have lived on the street for decades.

🛒 Just down the hill, you’ll find everything you need: the grocery store Food 4 Less, CVS pharmacy, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Carl's Jr, Starbucks, LA Fitness gym and more.

🛍️ It's also 5-minute drive from the Bonita Westfield mall and the Chula Vista shops of Walmart, Grocery Outlet, Old Navy, Aldi, Ross, Best Buy, etc.
