Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to the Red Pine Gondola, sweeping views of the valley and village, and a wide variety of on-site amenities to welcome you home each afternoon.

This studio is on the second floor of the Yotelpad Residences, a property that sits mere steps from the gondola, shops, and restaurants in Canyons Village. On the grounds, you'll have access to an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness center with a steam room, a game room, two lounges, a business center, a ski valet, and coin-free laundry. If you're eager to explore the Main Street Historic District, a stop for the city bus is one block behind the building.

Step inside to find a European-style space full of Italian-made furnishings, quartz countertops, and other chic elements of design. Streamlined cabinetry, nine-foot ceilings, and large glass balcony doors maximize both the space and sunlight. Enjoy a well-appointed kitchenette with stainless steel appliances (including a fridge, a two-burner electric stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a toaster, but no oven), a coffee table that transforms into a dining table, and additional summer seating on the balcony.

The sleeping spaces are all built-in Murphy beds, each with a view of the smart TV to lull you to sleep. There's also a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel bar, central AC, and complimentary WiFi.

Things to Know
This resort charges a $39 (plus tax) fee (per night) and is due upon check in. This fee is paid by the guest and is separate from your Vacasa booking fees.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
